Great new ship

Great new ship, very good cabin, attractive public spaces, pleasant and helpful staff/crew.
2 downbeat points:
Cuisine (main plats) in Le Litoral simply not up to standard we expect on Brittany Ferries
Can you not improve disembarquement? Ship arrived well before 0700 French time, yet we did not exit port until 0845 after spending far too long sitting in our car on deck 5 waiting for something to happen.
P.S. Please add Lambig to the bar menu!

Fairly easy to locate required items on…

Fairly easy to locate required items on the website; the click and collect function sometimes needed a bit of persuasion, order ready for collection within only a few minutes of placing order, staff at collection point pleasant and helpful.

Socially-distanced ferry crossing

The confirmation of a long-standing booking, then its cancellation a few days later was disappointing but we were able to book a replacement crossing only 2 days later than the original, albeit on a different route. The waiting time to board at Portsmouth was very long but once on board social distancing was well managed, the cabin was very clean and sanitised, the crossing uneventful and disembarkation reasonably quick.
