They don't want to pay you when you cash out. My account is verified but yet I get a email saying " we need you to take a photo of your card to verify it's your account" even though I'm wanting a gift card sent to the owner of that accounts email. Go to chumba or mcluck where they actually pay you and not scam you out of your money.

They are some scammers trying to get ur info. There is no reason why you need to send them that information to have your money sent. These 5 star reviews are fake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!

The women that checked me out made me feel awkward buying computer parts from your store. It's like she didn't wanna help me she didn't really conversate with me to see if there was anything else I needed she just looked at me weird cause I asked for something then said 2 words and that was it.

It took like 2 almost 3 weeks to get.. It says $10 for shipping I received my package and it says $2.50 for shipping so your glasses aren't really free.. The ones I got werent but still... The glasses weren't big enough so they don't look right.. I am not doing business with them again

Dear Ron,
It is indeed not good to hear about your experience and we would like to take a chance here to explain the shipping process and cost involved in it. Our production location is overseas and orders are shipped in a bulk shipment from overseas to our facility in Cerritos, CA and then to individual customers. The shipping charge involves the international shipping as well which does not show on the USPS label, we hope this justifies the cost. Also during the Christmas and New Year time, the postal service delayed some of the shipments due to the busy season. This should not happen in future.
Our support manager will be in touch with you personally to address the size issue and will exchange your glasses to a different frame of your choice at no additional cost.
