Too many changes and support issues
My previous accounts were deactivated multiple times due to a system bug. They were not reactivated until I explicitly followed up, and because of this issue I was unable to trade for three days. As a result, I could not meet their old requirement of a minimum of three day trades per week.
Due to these forced inactive days, I missed my payout and had to wait an additional two weeks to become eligible again. When I was finally almost ready for payout, the company changed the rules, which resulted in me not receiving the payout at all.
I am still waiting for the reactivation of my account, which was again deactivated due to the same bug.
This is the worst customer support I have experienced. There are many prop firms available, and I would not recommend this company.
