I paid for expedited shipping and…

I paid for expedited shipping and somehow my tracking number still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted the support email multiple times and still no answer!!! I wish I knew they were a scam before I ordered my birthday dress. :(

Had great review first time i ordered not sure about this time

The first time i ordered from this website it was pretty good . But i cant track my packages like i could in the past nor can i submit a ticket if i wanted to, i went to my email and the email said you can track your packages here but it was no link and when i looked up in google romwe tracking it sent me to their website and it said oops im sorry go back to my home page the same goes for the ticket. Im kind of in a rush bc i will be going on a trip next week and i need my things by may 31st and i made sure to pick majority of my things that say 24 hour shipping.
