UPS HAS TO BE WORST PARCEL SERVICE…

UPS HAS TO BE WORST PARCEL SERVICE EVER.. .DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF POSSIBLE. I waited for a delivery for 2 months from China . I signed up for text messages and email messages . I received none. I also gave a neighbours phone number incase I wasn't at home. The said that the address was wrong. Then they said that the delivery was refused. ( this is not true). My guess is the driver couldn't find the address and marked it like that for convenience. I tried contacting their customer service they were as good as useless. The package has now been returned to China automatically because they said it was refused I reiterate , it wasn't) . When the sender receives it I will have to pay an extra €38.00 to have it resent. I would never, ever recommend UPS to anyone ever again.

Product arrived very quickly.

Product arrived very quickly. I didn't get a chance to test it for over a week but when I did there was an issue with part of it. I contacted Cex immediately and they wanted me to return the complete package for a full refund. I would rather keep it and try to repair myself. Overall good experience. I will keep you posted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue partial refunds for individual components. To avoid any warranty related complications from arising in the future, it is advisable to return the whole item for a full refund.

I understand you would like to keep the item as a replacement isn't available at the moment. To resolve this, I've replied to your email with an alternate resolution and I would appreciate if you could get back to me on the same thread.

Hello John, thank you for leaving us a review.
The item that was purchased is on a lead time of 7-10 working days as noted against the product information on the website. The order was placed on the 24th May with an estimated delivery date of the 8th June, which also took in to account the bank holiday Monday. The estimated delivery date is noted at the checkout and before any payment is taken. We also confirm this in the email we send with the order details, so our customers can make an informed decision as to whether the order will be delivered with their timescales.
Fortunately on this occasion the order was dispatched within three working days from when the order was placed. The complete order was sent with Royal Mail on the 30th May. This is due to arrive with you 1st June. I am sorry you are disappointed given that the item was dispatched a lot sooner that originally confirmed.

Disappointed still have not received …

Disappointed still have not received the tiles even after paying £75.00 for delivery of 12 and picking the date. Sorry to say I will not be recommending.

I am sorry to hear that the delivery did not arrive on Friday as scheduled. I investigated this with our third party courier and I apologise for the delay. I have discounted the delivery you have paid as an apology. The courier has confirmed that your order should now have been delivered. Bitterly Disappointed

My wife and I recently bought a platinum whirlpool bath. When we went to install it we discovered that the waste that was delivered was not the correct waste. Upon ringing customer services I was told that this was a picking error which I fully understood. After all, mistakes do happen. This, however, means that I am now out of pocket due to my plumber having to cancel jobs to fit me in only to be told that the waste was the wrong one. Of course, I had no way of knowing this as I am not a plumber. Anyway, when I ran customer services I was assured that I would have one couriered out that day. I waited, four days later still no waste. I rang again and they apologised saying they would ensure one would be in the post and that I would receive it on Thursday. It didn't come/ My wife rang that weekend and was told that we would have a correct waste by that Thursday. It didn't come. They rang me that morning saying that it would be delivered on Friday. What happened the Thursday? On Friday we received it. This still did not help the fact that I now have to pay the plumber an extra day due to their incompetence. I emailed them and complained at which point I was more or less told that I shouldn't have organised tradesmen until I received the goods and checked that they were correct. Fair enough but since I am not a plumber I had no way of knowing the waste was too short until he (the plumber went to install it). Very disappointed in the whole thing. They were more than helpful when they were trying to sell it to us. Once they had our money different story entirely.

I feel the need to add to this since i have read some more reviews. Just so as you are aware the answer I have received below is exactly the same as a lot of other answers. Therefore they have cut and pasted it. They don't even have the decency to provide you with a proper answer. Big fail. My kitchen which I was going to get from them will be purchased elsewhere.
