It is going to take more than a month…

It is going to take more than a month to get to you, incredibly slow shipping all coming from China. Obviously none of this was communicated beforehand. Avoid if you can't or don't want to wait for a month.

Bit of a rip off

Nice idea if only you didn't have to use their website to book flights and their prices weren't significantly higher than booking elsewhere. Like the gift idea but not worth the scalping.

1 star because I can't give 0

1 star because I can't give 0. shame of a company, spent THREE hours today trying to get in touch with your service because you sent a faulty bed. Was supposed to be called back at 3, they called back at 3.40, as soon as I answered the line dropped. Ever since then have been on the phone in position 1 of the queue for 30 minutes and then the line dropped again. And now there are no "medewerkers" available. Shame on you! This company is a joke, I'll make sure to inform as many people as possible to refrain from doing business with you.

Dear Francesco, our company is not a joke, but a very serious company. And like in other serious companies, our people go on vacation, but also get ill unexpectedly. Because of this, we are suffering from a lack of staff in our customer service department. We hope to be at full strength again next week and to be at your disposal again.

Great level of service!

My experience with AirHelp was great, the app was incredibly easy to use and filing a claim took just a few seconds. From there on I've been contacted a few times to scan and sign some documents, but overall my involvement in the process was minimal. With very low effort and a constant, kind support from the AirHelp team, I was able to receive my reimbursement after 2 months. I have now become a big advocate of the app and am spreading the word with all my friends, family and colleagues!
