I have written a review before, I believe it was the first time I have bought something here, and my opinion has not changed.
Løbeshop is my Go-To shop when I need anything running related, I have bought shoes, clothes, watches etc, and always had an amazing experience !
The delivery time is amazing, and have nothing but praise for how fast packages get shipped and for the quality of the products !

I have placed an order on the 1st of November (I will mention I placed it in the evening to be fair), and I have not yet received any news of my package actually being shipped.
I wrote an email to them and they answered on the 4th of November very nicely, and said they will ship my order later during the day.
I appreciate the way you talk to your customers, but it is now the 7th of November. I was very much hoping that a product that is in stock, from a store in Denmark, would come faster.
I am hoping to at least hear from you soon.

I have been in contact with the company, and all I can say is this: it was one of the most pleasant experiences when it comes to communication. Peter, the person I have been talking to, has been incredibly polite and nice, and I would like to say thank you for that.
My product has been delayed, and turns out it was actually discontinued, so I ended up getting a better product for the same amount of money.
I have initially rated the experience 1 star, now I have updated it to 5 stars. I would like to say thank you again, for being honest and respectful, and for the way that you treat your customers.

Incredibly bad. have a pair of headphones which stopped working properly after about 5 months of use, the right headphone was almost not audible. Naturally I went back to the place I bought them from, Elgiganten.
There, after a series of questions, I found out that they will not replace my headphones, but they will take them for repairs, which can take up to FOUR WEEKS ! So you buy a product and then you need to part with it for a whole month !
That is most probably the worst customer experience I have ever had in an electronics store, complete disregard for the customer in all points. There is no way in which that is justifiable.
At the same time, when I had a similar issue in Power, they replaced my headphones on the spot.
I will not shop in Elgiganten again. If you value your money, you should do the same.

Amazing experience ! Especially during these times when all the shops are so busy with the holidays, they took their time to answer to my email (very promptly I might add), in a very nice way, and tell me that my package is coming, and that I should not worry, but it would probably take about 2 days extra, which is exactly what happened.
Also the products are on point, sturdy and high quality.
Great, fast, reliable service ! Will definitely order again !
