UPDATE: after making a lot of cyber noise, I have finally received my order. Products are still amazing but delivery and communication is ordinary.

As this is an international shipment, delivery times can sometimes be affected by customs processing. According to the latest tracking update, your order has today arrived in the destination country and is currently awaiting customs clearance. Once released, it will be handed over to the local courier for final delivery.
