I was impressed by how quickly the company could instal the solar panels due to another customer cancellation. The installers managed to break a garden pot and knock my TV reception out. Once the surveyor salesman Adrian had sold the panels he left no contact details and did not follow up with an email as promised. The after-sales care has been non-existent so perhaps this firm needs to be a bit more reactive to customer queries and less clumsy!

Rita was very attentive and gave me the quotes requested in good time. I have used Super Escapes before to go to Fuerteventura and it was amazing value and service.

Kept me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes to answer a simple cover question then tried to apply a policy exclusion which didn't apply. Impression given over whole breakdown was trying to avoid any liability or provide a decent service. More training on customer experience required!

Hi, we booked an all inclusive week to Labranda Corralejo Village in Fuerteventura with Super Escapes Travel. We had a fantastic week in a great hotel. The booking experience was helpful and great value. It massively exceeded our expectations and we got a week away at a bargain price!

You give lots of updates but none of them are useful information. Need to know the delivery date. Service was very slow. When I gave feedback, it was lightly dismissed, poor show!
