Very happy with the result, speed of transaction and backup from the Motorway team in selling our car. The process is more transparent than their heavily advertised rivals, where in my experience the quoted sale price is rarely the final price.
My electric trolley developed an annoying squeak in the drive wheels just outside the warranty period, but James at PowaKaddy asked me to have it looked at by one of their service agents who then solved the problem promptly and all without charge.

I was envisioning a big expense for running gear replacement on my Powakaddy trolley, but Roger took one look at it, correctly diagnosed the problem and had the trolley back to me in less than 48 hours. It now runs quieter and more smoothly than ever.
Sofitel Hotel car park at Heathrow Terminal 5 is still convenient for the terminal and allows Maple parking to keep the car on site and guarantee no delay return. Worked very well for us.
Excellent customer service, immediately replacing an item broken in the post which I hadn't asked them to do.

Beware of the deductions they make for the merest hint of a mark on the wheels or front of the car from normal use. Also my MOT was 3 days less than six months away and was subject to a £50 deduction. I could have received more from the dealer selling me my replacement vehicle but once you are there it’s difficult to walk away. The big benefit is the speed of the transaction, which can’t be faulted.

We ordered a Palram greenhouse, a potting table and compost enclosure from Greenfingers and apart from the inevitable short delay in delivery due to the Covid crisis, the products arrived intact with all necessary parts and are now occupying a prime spot at the end of the garden. They are all of good quality and very good value for money. As for all companies at the moment staffing is difficult and Greenfingers did a sterling job in satisfying our orders.
