Ordered on a bank holiday Monday and it was at my door by Saturday morning. Haven't used the stuff yet but on first expection, everything seems perfect. I would definitely order off them again, very reasonable prices and fast delivery.

From now on I'm gonna do research into whoever I'm shopping with to make they don't ship UPS. I'd to make 15 calls to calls to ups in order to get both of my packages. Yesterday I had one of their drivers go to my neighbour's house look at me waving at him in my garden and then proceed to drive off and never stop. I then received a updated notification to say the driver said I hadn't the amount of cash required for the delivery when that was not the case the driver was either incompetent, blind or both. Customer service is woeful, they are literally no help. Got my delivery there. The box is clearly labeled fragile, yet it looks like someone has kicked lumps out of it. The finishing highlight was the driver requesting more money than was invoiced, would have been a nice mistake for him to make. Never again will I make the mistake dealing with these simpletons.

Made a mistake when using boohoo for the first time and realised when it was too late, a lovely lady called Siobhan was onto me by the next day and sent me what I needed straight away. Very good employee and service 🙏
