I never signed up for a monthly subscription, yet this company charged my card anyway. Customer service claimed they would “waive” the last charge as a courtesy, even though the charge was unauthorized. I disputed the transaction with my card issuer and locked my card to prevent further charges. A quick search of BBB complaints shows many customers reporting the same issue. This pattern raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices.

The only sent half of my package and late then stopped communication altogether, just stating its been escalated.
So many BBB reviews.....I wish I had known.

Since the review, I have received communication that a refund was issued and an apology.

Can't stand this company I'm in AZ the management sucks. They will add things to your bill with out you knowing you can't get a straight answer from them. They make you keep pretty much everything in thier name who's to say they are even charging the correct amount for water and electricity. Don't get a home with a pool as if it breaks and your rent is hight because you wanted one and also pay to have it cleaned monthly in you rent They don't care when it turns green took over a month to get fixed. Horrible just run!!!!

The billing practice are never resolved I assume the goal is to get as much as possible and never resolve so you either pay or get evicted. 26 emails later and still no apt to sit down with my proof and resolve the issue.

The home was as pictured. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for large family and near a large park. We will be back.
