Scam – Took My Money, Never Shipped the Order
I placed an order on mncr.club on April 13th, purchasing sneakers and sunglasses for a total of €233 after seeing a Facebook ad. I received a confirmation email, but for weeks there was no shipping info. After contacting them multiple times, they claimed the product was out of stock—even though their website showed it as available.
Suddenly, they said the product was back, and on April 30th, they sent me a DHL tracking number. However, the status has not changed since then. I contacted DHL, and they confirmed that while the tracking number was created, no parcel was ever handed over for shipment.
MNCR continues to lie, claiming the package was sent, while ignoring the fact that DHL officially states nothing was delivered to them.
This is a scam. Do not trust this store. They are taking money, not sending goods, and pretending orders are "stuck in transit." Also suspicious: payment went to the UK, while the supposed shipment is from Germany.

Catastrophic Service and Order Mishandling
I placed an order for three items, but regrettably, I received only one. My utter disappointment stems from CETTIRE's complete failure to forewarn me about the absence of two items. Astonishingly, when I made the effort to register a complaint regarding the deficient order, their response conveniently disregarded any reference to the absent items and instead attributed the matter to the unavailability of one. Intriguingly, upon revisiting their website, I discovered that the items supposedly lacking were still advertised as accessible.
In light of my inquiry surrounding this matter, CETTIRE assertively assured me that a refund had already been processed. However, it is exasperating that despite their proclamation, I have yet to witness any reimbursement credited back to my account.
I unequivocally declare my resolution never to engage with this platform for any future transactions. The disheartening lack of transparency and accountability displayed by CETTIRE has irrevocably eroded any trust I may have once had in their services. Moreover, let it be known that if the funds are not restored to my account within the next three days, I will initiate legal proceedings. This course of action will involve enlisting the assistance of both law enforcement and consumer protection agencies.
