Baby Vead

Although I was very displeased with the likeness of my doll compared to the picture, Babeside was extremely prompt with each of their correspondences via the customer service email. They worked with me and the end result was that I received 25% off my order and don't have to go through the hassle of shipping it back. Still wished the baby looked more like the picture,but I am very impressed with their customers service. I am not sure I recommend the product though..unless you don't care if your doll doesn't look like the ad.

Appreciative that I didn't have to send…

Appreciative that I didn't have to send items that didn't work back, and received a gift card for the same amount to order something else... great custom service experience in that area. Feel like the responses could have been a tad more prompt when inquiring about orders status, refunds, etc
