I ordered two bikes. Both were as advertised and matched the pictures. One bike arrived with a bent front rotor. I contacted Upway and they sent an email the same day with a video on how to true it up with common hand tools. I was surprised that there was any damage because the bikes are packaged exceptionally well. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely order another ebike from them again.

I was a little skeptical about buying a used ebike online from a company I wasn't familiar with. After reading some reviews, I decided to purchase a couple of ebikes from Upway. I found the descriptions and photos to be accurate as to the condition of the bikes. The packaging of the bikes was phenomenal. Everything that could get rubbed was wrapped and protected. There were decent assembly instructions plus video links. Despite the outstanding packaging, one front rotor was bent during shipping. I contacted Upway and they sent me an email inless than an hour with a video showing how to true up the rotor with common tools. They also followed up with me. I'm really pleased with the customer service after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was looking for a large rope for kids to climb on and Vevor had several options at very reasonable prices. Shipping was very fast and the quality of the items was really good.
