The worst service
The worst service. I paid for a product that my child needed for school. I was assured that I would receive it in 2-3 days. I received a message with the delivery time and date, but was not delivered. Another week has passed and I have not received the product that I paid for in full. I called JD customer service where I was told that only if I return the product can I get a refund. Product that I did not receive! The worst service ever. Not to mention the way you are treated both in the store and on the phone. I do not recommend this brand/store at all. Deplorable. It didn't even deserve a star.
