Was great at first then extremely bad

Review for Sunfere:

I purchased from Sunfere for the first time, and it took 7 days for the order to arrive. The dress was beautiful, and I reached out to them on Instagram—they were responsive.

However, the second order I placed on 06-01-2025 has not been shipped yet until today 13/1/2026. I have repeatedly contacted them on Instagram—they see the messages but do not reply, and there is no response via email.

This experience has been frustrating, and I would like to cancel the order if possible, as I am tired of this poor communication.

Regarding your second order placed on January 6, 2025, we would like to clarify that it was a pre-sale item, which does require additional processing time for shipment. As our customer support was not available over the past weekend, this unfortunately caused a delay in replying to your inquiry.

We also noticed your messages on Instagram. While we do check those, we prefer to respond to order-related inquiries via email, as it allows us to properly track the conversation and avoid losing any details. Email replies also ensure that we have a clear record of the exchange, which is essential for accuracy and transparency.

We’ve already sent you an email with the order status update, so please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case). If you wish to cancel the order, simply reply to the email with “Cancel”, and we will assist you with that promptly.
