My experience has been extremely disappointing. My order was not delivered and rather than dealing with the matter, this company referred me back to the delivery company. When I expressed my disappointment with this and informed them they should follow up on the matter they have failed to do so. I have still not received my products, nor I have a received my refund. I will not trust this company again. I will be lodging a complaint with PayPal in order to recoup my money. This company relies on an AI product to respond to complaints and clearly it is ineffective.
