Incorrect order - ignored
Received my order on 3rd Dec but more than half of the image was stuck on the packaging. New t-shirt dispatched & received but was not what I had ordered.
Offered a £5 refund against a £14 t- shirt, I declined & now they don’t respond.
Very disappointing customer service & un-excusable behaviour to take payment & not refund when incorrect goods are provided.
I would not recommend
Pleased to advise I have been contacted & offered a full refund. Will update, once refund is received.
