I have been using Groupon for about 9 years. Before the pandemic I never experienced any issues, but since I have had several offers that are not quite what was advertised, and then I recently purchased software and the code did not work at all. I reached out to Groupon and I was told to contact the company. I reached out to the company and they emailed me saying my refund was issued to Groupon. I waited 2 two weeks and then contacted Groupon and was told the company did not refund me. I sent them screen shots of the emails and they said they would work on it. Two weeks later, I contacted Groupon again and they told me to contact the company. I contacted the company and they said they told Groupon again that the refund had been issued. I waited 1 week and contacted Groupon again and they said the company had not issued a refund. After ~1.5 months, Groupon offered a refund.
