Things that make me happy: kitties, magpies. Unusual veggies. More magpies.

My languages: Italian, English, French, German. Learning Farsi and Turkish. Possibly Kurmanji or Sorani. Interested in Russian, Serbian, Georgian, Irish, Esperanto and Indonesian.

And yes, I’m still writing that novel. It’s about magic realism and things that are not what they seem. And the nature of destiny and free will. Some shape-shifting, possibly a harp.
