ビットコインなどのP2Pネットワークにおけるエクリプス攻撃とは何かについて簡単に説明します。 エクリプス攻撃とは? P2Pネットワークで、ネットワークAとネットワークBがあったとします。 双方のネットワークを繋ぐ悪意のあるノード(コンピュータ)が、A側から来た通信データを書き換えてB側に送り、B側から来たデータを書き換えてA側に送る、またはデータを送らないという攻撃です。 これによりネットワークAとネットワークBに違うデータが流れるため、同じ一つのネットワークではなく、別々のネットワークとして分断されます。 これをエクリプス攻撃と言います。 ビットコインのネットワークの場合、ブロックチェーンが分岐し、別々のブロックチェーンになるでしょう。 参考 論文: ビットコインP2Pネットワークにおけるエクリプス攻撃: Eclipse Attacks on Bitcoin’s Peer-to-Peer
