Hi! I’m Laura (she/her)-it’s good to have you here!
Hi! I’m in my mid 20s, I am happily married and I absolutely adore animals, musical theatre, watching too much TV, and generally just puttering about on the internet.
I’m open to chatting with you lovely folks, as long as you’re 21+ as I myself am in my mid 20s :) and also, obviously, that you’re not out to be an pain in the butt to me or anyone else.
I’m into a lot of things, but I won’t list them specifically because I could mention one thing for example and it might not show up on my reblogs/queue for months. I go through phases of liking things and then go onto the next thing (yes I’m pretty sure I have ADHD & autism)
In terms of TV shows, I enjoy: medical dramas, romantasy, sci-fi,fantasy, murder mysteries and the odd documentary.
I also enjoy gaming, my favourite games being Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Hogwarts Legacy, and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
I enjoy reading fantasy and romance, mostly.
In terms of other hobbies, I enjoy Lego, crafting, walking my dog, and visiting new places. I also really love going to the zoo and animal parks.
As I’ve mentioned before, I love musical theatre! My favourite musical theatre actress is Stefanie Jones, and I was lucky enough to meet her and she is absolutely lovely. She is currently portraying Mary Poppins in the UK tour of the musical and I’m going to see it again in November with family, and then I’m going to see it again in January with my husband and I’m also meeting up with some fellow Stefanie fans as well which I’m so excited for!
Most of my posts are queued and I don’t really stick to a tagging system, the only time really tag posts is when I’m talking about something fandom related or if I post an AO3 link. The main tag I use if I post a wee ramble is #laura talks!
Oh and also- I’m a Wizarding World/Harry Potter fan and I also play Hogwarts Legacy, but of course I do not support JKR’S absolutely horrible views.
Here is the cover and the masterpost link of the fic I’m working on at the moment, it’s Narcissa Black centric. It centres on her healing from the War, and becoming a better person as a result. She meets an old friend from school, and starts a future with him. Narcissa is divorced from Lucius in this story, so he’s not going to make an appearance but Draco has done and will continue to in future chapters.
I am a Hufflepuff 🦡💛🖤 (I am a very loyal person but I’m not sure about the “unafraid of toil” bit!)
