not meaning to come off as an asshole i just ended up scrolling after reading your tags on a gifsetbut colin's character is about his sexuality responsibility and gender performanceso by your own standards he does have texture...?he felt this deep-rooted need to be of use and be responsible bc in comparison to ant (the heir) and ben (the spare) he has nonehe felt like he was wrong bc he wasn't interested and never enjoyed casual sex the way his peers didwhich is about his sexuality (arguably demisexual but generally just not relating to how others' describe sex)and gender performance (feeling like he's not a real man if he can't perform masculinity to his peers' standards - like anthony calling himgreen or fife making fun of him for being close friends with penelope)anyways thanks for the rb & let's pray for lots of seasons with john 🙏😭bridgerton
