Barry is my avatar in the game PEAK who rapidly metamorphosed into a full-blown character. They’re sixteen years old and an anthropomorphic orange and with devastatingly unregulated anxiety and a compulsive need to constantly ensure the group around them isn’t falling off a cliff every five seconds. When voicing them in-game I just clench my inner nose to sound like I’m crying. I’ve been obsessed with them for the better part of six months and counting.
