hee hee hoo hoo this is probably the sappiest little thing i have ever done but i’m so proud of n in love with it and i can finally post it AAAAA. this was tricky to capture but i tried my best, lmao :’D

another birthday gift for @graveforth - a little zine featuring our werewolf couple, Thames and Petra. what was initially i think sort of a spur of the moment “what if” pair v quickly became our absolute darlings, lmao. if you’ve followed this blog for a specific amount of time, you’ve probably seen these goofy dogs a lot.

i have more ideas for them than i ever have energy to draw, and this knocked out a few of them, lol! all sorts of lil moments between these two over their time together, featuring quotes that we’ve put in their tags over the years, lyrics from songs on their playlist.

Lyrics are from: Inuit, by Foxing (pg 2); 8105 by Moving Mountains (pgs 3, 4); Crystalised, by the xx (pg 5); Laundered, by Foxing (back cover).

lookin back through my ig stories and found some werewolf (ok mostly Thames) sketches and such from the last year or so– some are doodles, some ended up finished, some got abandoned/need to be redone lol.

1. Thames and Mae (age 5ish) and their mom Eryn… really want to redo this one;

2. a Thames n Petra that *did* get finished and posted here but i still really adore the sketch;

3. Thames n Petra in their full wolf forms, from a lil thing i was working on and am currently redoing;

4. this one was going SO well until i monumentally fucked it up while shading lmao. i’ve been slowly redrawing it but i’m still so bummed lmao. inspired by a lil somethin’ i’ve been writing where Thames kinda loses it a lil bit;

5. D&D/Fantasy AU barbarian/warrior Thames and cleric/paladin Petra;

6. a really stupid doodle of WolfThames i needed to get out of my head and it kinda turned out kickass? lmao

I’ve loved the song Running Up That Hill since I was in middle school but I actually originally found the Placebo version, and unfortunately didn’t know it was a Kate Bush song for a few years lmao. Now her version is my favorite, but I recently found Placebo’s again after I’d totally forgotten about it and I just had to draw m’boy to it.
