By submitting a return or exchange request through BowLift, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These guidelines are designed to keep you fully informed about our returns and refund policies. The terms and conditions apply to orders within the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia.

Return Period

  • Standard Return Window: You have 30 days to return an item from the date it was delivered.
  • Extended Return Window: In case of delivery delays beyond our control, we will communicate the extended return window specific to your order.

Conditions for Return

  • Cancelling Unshipped Orders: Contact our customer service team to cancel orders that haven't been shipped.
  • Returns for Shipped Orders: Follow the standard return process.

Damaged on Arrival

  • Immediate Action Required: Contact us immediately if an item is damaged upon delivery.
  • Photographic Evidence: Send us photographs of the damage to expedite the return and refund process.

Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty)

  • Warranty Period: Each product has a specific warranty period detailed on the product page.
  • Post-Use Breakage: If an item breaks after use, the warranty policy applies. Please check the warranty terms on the product page.

Change of Mind

Item must be in the same condition as received:

  • Unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use
  • The item is not in its original condition
  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our fault
  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a free return label via
    email and cover the return shipping cost.
  • Voluntary returns or exchanges: The customer pays actual shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Process: Follow the standard return process and specify that you request an exchange.

Incorrect Product Received

  • Immediate Reporting: Contact us for a return and correct product shipment.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact us at support@bowlift.com with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
  2. Provide photographic evidence for damaged or wrong products.

Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please follow this process:

  1. Download and print the Return Form.
  2. Complete the form and include it inside your return package.
  3. Please send your return to the following return address:

  4. Send the package by mail using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
  5. After posting your return, send the tracking code to our customer service at support@bowlift.com so we can track the shipment.

Required Documents

  • Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or order confirmation.
  • Photo Evidence: Required for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Process

  • Inspection and Processing: We will process your refund after inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you request otherwise.
  • Time Frame: The refund process can take up to 7 business days after we receive the item. 

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
