Extremely useful app and great customer service
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is cause the app can be a little glitchy at times, but other than that it has been 5 stars for me. I listen to at least one session everyday. I've managed to lose weight, relieve migraines, use the exercise programs, cut back on alcohol, improve sleep and improve my overall wellness at a great time of stress. So I would like to say thank you to the clear minds team. You have replied to any enquiries I have sent in a timely manner and your replies and advise have all sounded genuinely caring. So once again, thank you and I will continue to use your service for the year to come.

Currently having a very poor experience…
Currently having a very poor experience with this company. The sign-up process did not mention that I would be entering into a minimum three-month contract — I only found out about this when they told me over email today. Had this been disclosed earlier, I would never have signed up.
On multiple occasions, I was locked out of the app and unable to access the service I was paying for. Each time, I had to contact support to have my account reinstated. This made the service unreliable and not fit for purpose, and I stopped using it altogether.
Despite these issues, the company has been unwilling to cancel the subscription and instead offered a discount, which does not address the fact that the service could not be accessed as intended.
Overall, poor transparency, unreliable service, and disappointing customer support. I would not recommend
If I could upload the pictures of the signing up process I would but it will not let me.

Life changer app and A*** customer service!
I have been using this app for years .. started with simple sleep hypnotherapy… it worked like magic .. then bought few more.. then few more .. and now i signed up for life .. have access to all the content and as a gift i got my daughter and partner to join my account for the same price.. It replaced my sleep meditation… I can honestly say this is my life changer … and customer service is unbelievable… it is such rare occurrence nowadays.. Rachel I spoke to was an absolute star.. with the advice and support. I got cut of due to connection issues and she has looked out for me through my email just to ensure I have managed to solve all issues. Thank you ! It’s A*** from me !

Initially the app is annoying to get…
Initially the app is annoying to get around and I needed customer service to reset my access links. Customer service was responsive, helpful and polite. But once ironed out and able to get the content, I find it good value for money. There is a lot of variety to what's on offer and I can use what I need.

I bought the app but all of the…
I bought the app but all of the sessions were locked. I email Customer Services and although it was only 5:30 am in UK I received an immediate response.
The problem was quickly resolved without any stress. Fantastic level of Customer Service.

You’re not really helping people when…
You’re not really helping people when you charge that amount, especially when you need to do absolutely nothing after the purchase. Endless spam telling me about ‘all the good deals’ however it’s always the same high price. You’re going to need to make a hypnotherapy session on “getting scammed”. Boo on you.
*less than in- house hypnotherapy 😂 You are an app! You are recorded messages people press a button for. I sure hope that a service that involves travel expenses, time and effort on the side of a real human being should be more expensive. How much money do you need to be happy? Seems a tad greedy to me. My opinion.

I was unable to access my account to use my purchases, and received immediate response and assistance to sort it out. From a real person rather than an AI bot. Problem solved very quickly.

The team answers enquiries promptly , personally and with generous detail, taking initiative to add extra , tailored support info .
I have been listening to about 2 sessions daily and my behaviour and mental health is noticeably improved . I feel like decades of stress , unwanted habits , physical and mood burn out are vanishing . AND it’s ridiculously easy to use the app without having to carve chunks out of your day .. Falling asleep or listening before sleep is a game changer . Zero effort , max gain .

Exceeds other similar apps in my opinion
Initially had difficulty unlocking the sessions but after an email to CM I recieved promt assistance and all was,well. I listened to a number of sessions and found a great range and the quality of the sessions is really good. Im a seasoned meditation and hypnosis user, I would say this exceeds any if the other apps I have used. Happy with CM and looking forward to further exploration.

Clear Minds 3 years and still going
I started with Clear Minds 3 years ago. I did the Lap Band for 3 months and continued because it helps me sleep. I lost 100 lbs in 10 months it works!
I've done the Stop Smoking because I was having urges to start again and I didn't.
I was having trouble with anxiety with driving after a bad accident and it helped so much.
The sleeping all of them including the stories are amazing. Everything in this app works only to your benefit. I'm very grateful I found this.
The dates below are wrong it won't let me change. I started in January 2023
