Two weeks ago it was just a thought of having a service that people could request service, I could manage the scheduling process, invoice, and bill the customer. One text over to AD-IQ got me in touch with Customer Base. The set up process over the phone made it easy for me to start the process of making my account to get me going. So far, I’ve been receiving nothing but awesome service, easy and just the way I needed.

Jeffrey was absolutely Amazing. He stayed after the close of his business day to assist me with a problem I was having sending an invoice. We started 15 minutes prior to his close of business and he worked with me for about 25 minutes past his time to get off. His demeanor never changed. He remained professional and patient.
