Fansly is based on scam and AI: AI generated accounts and pictures, chats run by AI, no live people in customer support, etc. It's absolutely useless. I tested the water on JLSex.com
and I came to the conclusion that it's cheaper, safer and it just gives me a lot more pleasure and fun than Fansly. No censorship, no restrictions and no lies there. Fansly is not at all what you would expect especially for a paid adult service. The cost is too high for what is available. Since they don't tell you that it's all AI, they are completely misleading and disappointing.

From one day to another they suddenly my User Account. After days of min replying they told me that i have content with violation on it. But i never posted anything Abs where only a Fan User. So now i have open subscriptions and they left me alone. Nice Plattform.

Totally broken website with deep KYC for 5$ payments, support non-existent, they dont respond nor they try to help you. Completely broken useless website.

I'm really baffled that Fansy is rated so poorly, this platform is amazing. Most of the salty reviews are probably just people wanting to chat for free. That's not what the service is about.

Why I am a huge fan of Fansly:

1) I had an issue with payout (my credit union was not recognized by their payout service) and customer service stayed with me step by step to resolve it. In all my years working in adult I had never experienced a site messaging ME to see where I was at with resolving the issue. The problem was resolved, and payouts have been prompt smooth sailing ever since.

2) They are ok with me uploading content with watermarks and performing cam shows for Fansly clients on Discord, trusting me to keep Fansly clients on Fansly for payment. That is VERY unusual, and it works for mutual benefit in that I make money from my catalogue of prior content and attract new clients for cam/voice and texting that would not be possible otherwise

3) Like anywhere there are tire kickers and looky-loos, but with the tools provided (extensive) it's easy to ignore and block them. Those individuals are probably the majority of the ones complaining here.

On Fansly there is no advantage to using 'chatter services'. Real clients can see through that quickly, and with the way the system is set up it's quite easy for those committed to authentic interactions to rise up through the ranks easily.

4) Regarding tools, their systems makes it effortless to monetize. I spent about a day learning how to use their platform (extensive knowledge base that addresses every conceivable question a new user may have about their platform) but once I did it was clear sailing

5) The clients (the real ones) are awesome, and clearly feel safe making payment through the site which is of significant value in not having to fight off people asking for non-adult payment options that would put me at risk. More than one has told me that they haven't experienced the fraud/shenanigans that they have on other safer platforms both SFW and NSFW

6) Surprisingly wicked internal traffic. Every client I have monetized found me though use of their FYP option, which takes about 30 mins a week to maintain a steady flow of daily traffic to my page. I set up/pre-schedule my FYPs listening to music, can hardly call it work.

In sum, 10 stars out of 5. I have and will continue to recommend Fansly as the top option for anyone dipping their toe into the subscription site area of adult, or even for those familiar but wishing to branch out.

Furthermore, videos cannot be searched using HASHTAGS. If you select a HASHTAG such as (gay), the Fansly search engine will offer you hundreds of videos, of which perhaps only 10 are actually gay-themed, while the rest feature women or couples.

Danach wurde ich vom Creator aufgefordert weitere Zahlungen zu tätigen damit ich den Code dafür entgültig erhalte. Das habe ich dann Fansly gemeldet und einen Refund angefragt. Dieser wurde abgelehnt. Der Sachverhalt ist eindeutig und klar vom Creator so geschrieben das ich direkt Zugriff erhalte. Da gibt es auch keine Deutung o.ä. Klarer gehts nicht. Dennoch wird nicht zurückerstattet. Absoluter Saftladen ehrlich.

Fansly allows creators, to extort money out of subscribers with no content delivery, without consequence. Creators are allowed to continue to hold an account and participate in Fansly's December Naughty List, finishing top 500. This is despite Fansly being given proof of extortion to subscribers and in violation of Fansly's own terms of service, even their own AI support agent agrees. Creator provided subscription details, content availability and benefits included in her subscription in a detailed dm, giving her assurances there would be no changes. Immediately after subbing, none of the alleged content was there. Creator pretended to look into what the technical glitch was then asked if I had read sub terms, we had been through them together (one chatter not knowing what another chatter had said). Then changed sub terms without creator notifying me, I was alerted via a pop-up from Fansly not creator. Creator claimed she only remembered she wanted to do this change when I subbed, not prior to subbing when Creator explained everything to me. I received none of the alleged content from the pre sub explanation by creator only stalling, evasion, deflecting and gaslighting anything and everything to not provide content. Creator also informed she was not making new content through this period and no content existed apart from short teasers a few seconds long, top 500 lol. I am now blocked by Creator, not even a VPN allows access. Fansly supports response was that VPN's interfere with the function of their website and to stop using one, when it's essential to use one given all the scammers Fansly allows and changes nothing in this situation. Fansly supports only gave a nonsensical cut-and-paste response that bares zero relevance to this situation. They have been sent literal screenshots of the Creator's own words confirming this, and still stated that I am not eligible for a refund. Even though I paid hundreds of dollars to this creator and have no content from her at all. Fansly seems to think this is a great business model, people give creators money for content, creators then don't supply content that has been paid for. This was a complete bait and switch scam by creator's chat team from the very beginning, enabled by Fansly support. I was also mistakenly sent an internal dm between creators chat team in my dm, lol. Fansly Support were notified of this creator's scam within the first few days of me subscribing and have allowed this scam to run for the entire sub period. This is due to Fansly's own inaction and unwillingness to address this creator's scam account. A full refund of all monies paid to the creator's account is in order as per their own terms of service. A Merry Christmas from Agency Chat Teams and Fansly enjoy the scam and have a contentless New Year.
Update: Fansly support issued a partial refund from the date of the block. The scam account was allowed to drag out the block date through Fansly Support's inaction. Support was notified of the scammer intentions not to deliver on hundreds of dollars worth of subscription, custom and content already paid for a MONTH ago. A pathetic response from support failing to follow their own terms of service. Once again back with Agent Nico who failed to address this issue at the very beginning of mid-December, had he looked into it back then he could have resolved it back then. Once again, asked this to be referred to a supervisor or management, as Agent Nico allowed this situation to drag out as long as it has by failing to address it a MONTH ago. Let's not forget Ioannis idiotic, "don't use a VPN" in response to fraud. Then there is Lauren, a pretend supervisor who can't even describe the situation but claims the matter is closed. Guess I should post mine and the creator's dms on all of Fansly's social media, as well as Fansly Support's response to this situation. Record all your dms creators and fans alike, it makes chargebacks easier, given this is Fansly.
Careful, creators agency chatters think insulting you about money will make you spend more, nothing to do with them not delivering on what content has already been paid for.
I hope this was only a messy divorce between the creator and her agency, and subs got caught in the drama. Full refund still warranted, creator still had the option to make this right but blocked instead. A final sabotage for both of us from the agency chat team may have made her think blocking was the only option. Agencies and Chat Teams destroy creator and their fans interactions. Good luck to her independence and future success.

Do NOT sign up or use Fansly. Their entire model is a scam by getting people to subscribe to content creators profiles to access content however what they fail to mention is that the creators can also further hid their content behind another paywall asking for payment for each individual post.

I subscribed to a profile expecting to unlock their content however after subscribing i noticed i couldn't access anything as every single post had another payment that was asking for a further $10 here and $15 there etc which is insane if your paying for a subscription already. The worst part is this is never mentioned.

After contacting their support immediately i was told i would not be able to get a refund as i had already "accessed the content associated with my subscription"... really? I accessed WHAT content? EVERYTHING IS BEHIND A SEPARATE PAYWALL.

Their support just don't care and even displayed they didn't care when assisting me. Eventually when I responded again to the email thread with their "support" they completely dropped my ticket and out of nowhere i got an email from their AI support thing asking if i'd like to talk to a human so they clearly do NOT care.

AVOID like the plague. It is disgusting practise and i have the company plenty of time to give me a refund and sort this out however they have no intention of clearing this up with me. I do not recommend using this company and will never be returning. I have opened a chargeback request with all my evidence and will be taking this as far as needed in order to get my hard earned money back.

Fansly is a jip joint. Every account I have opened on there magically disappears after they get the money. It happens every single time. Their technical support is an absolute joke and never gets back in touch with you, so you are basically burning money with them. I have never had this issue with OF. A word from the wise. Stay off of Fansly. There will rip you off.
