Freebird Airlines is committed to creating value for its customers, employees, and shareholders through its technology and employment infrastructure aimed at sustainable aviation. In 2002, Freebird became the first airline in Turkey to receive the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate from TUV Rheinland. Freebird Airlines Europe Freebird Airlines Europe (FHM) commenced operations in Europe on February 20, 2019, after receiving its operating license (EASA AOC) from the Malta Civil Aviation Directorate (TM CAD).
Flight Network Freebird Airlines, which operates charter flights to popular destinations from many countries, particularly in Europe, began offering scheduled flights in January 2022.

Wir haben bei Freebird zum erstenmal direkt eine Buchung durchgeführt. Es war sehr gut verständlich, sehr transparent, einfach Schritt für Schritt zu erledigen. Wenn die Flüge jetzt auch so gut ablaufen, dann ist alles sehr gut!

Auslandsaufschlag erst im Konto ersichtlich
Habe vorfristig Sitzplätze gebucht. Hierzu ist eine Kreditkarte, wie bei anderen Fluggesellschaften auch, notwendig. Soweit so gut. Ich habe für uns 3 die Plätze ausgesucht und gezahlt und auch die Bestätigung weist keinen Aufschlag aus.
Nun stelle ich fest, dass bei der Abbuchung 2% aufgeschlagen wurden. Bei SunExpress gab es das nicht. Hier sollte - bevor von einer Kundentäuschung ausgegangen wird -explizit vor der Festbuchung/Zahlungsbestätigung darauf hingewiesen werden.

Begründung: unpünktlich, unfreundlich, sowie Maschine "sehr" unsauber!
Der Portimbiss - wie Kaffe ist nur lauwarm und fogerichtig ungenießbar.
