Informative and interactive! A lot of information was packed into 2 days and I feel prepared for success on the exam. Don was a fantastic instructor. He kept on subject, tossed in some humor and kept everyone engaged through the use of a variety of learning methods. Communication leading up to and after the course was above average and appreciated. I’d recommend his courses to others and will likely check out some additional courses myself.

The instructor was super knowledgeable and engaging. It was interactive and I learned slot. I felt ready to pass the exam without needing additional studying - I had everything I needed to be successful as we closed out the class.

He was meticulous in addressing every question and encouraged participants to shape areas of focus. The AI demonstrations were particularly effective in sparking ideas about practical use cases.

The best live online learning course I’ve ever attended! I gained valuable insights into various agile frameworks and methodologies. You leave the course with extensive knowledge and plenty of practical approaches for scaling agility. The training was engaging and well-structured, the materials will be useful long after the course, and the exchange among participants was actively encouraged. I can wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone facing the challenge of scaling agile practices.

Fun, engaging and great prep for the exam!

This training could have been half as long and still contained the same amount of information. I appreciated the trainer's efforts to make online learning engaging but way too much time was spent on gimmicks (like "winning" prizes) and messing around with online whiteboards, so we never got the chance to go in-depth with topics even when there was interest. And so many analogies/metaphors!

Our Agile Leader course instructor was very knowledgeable and provided numerous personal experiences and add-on reading options to support the material that was covered.

I recently had the pleasure of attending the Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner (CSP-PO) course led by Arlen Bankston, and I cannot recommend this training highly enough.
Arlen's teaching style is truly engaging and high-energy, making what could have been a complex and technical topic feel accessible and practical. The class was not only well-structured but also interactive, with thoughtful discussions and breakout sessions that kept everyone actively involved. His use of AI in product management examples added a modern, forward-thinking dimension to the learning experience.

Arlen’s ability to connect product ownership with strategic concepts such as prioritization, stakeholder empathy, and transparent negotiation was incredibly valuable. He fostered an environment where we could explore the full loop of planning, execution, and adaptation in product ownership with clarity and depth. I especially appreciated his emphasis on the importance of understanding context and moving away from issuing orders to facilitating transparent negotiation.
