Det sämsta jag någonsin köpt. Den värmer inte ens upp min bil! Att den skulle värma upp ett rum är ett gigantiskt skämt såvida rummet inte är större än en kubikmeter och välisolerat.

I was lucky in that I got a person who truly understands how to do the work right. Richard was able to use the mount I had. LG failed to send me the mount. Richard then set up and synced with my system. Everything is working great. Richard was polite and professional. I hope you all get him.

Davy came to fix my back door that i couldn't lock for weeks, he was on time, very punctual. He did the job amazingly like i was not expecting it.

I hired handy to install a toilet flush kit. The person showed up with no experience or comprehension of installing this. He left after 3 hours and left the toilet exactly how it was when he arrived. Customer service could not schedule a person to come fix it for 2 more days after this, and the person never showed up. I called customer service and they offered me a $10 refund (It cost $283) and told me that the matter was escalated but they couldn't transfer me to speak to a supervisor to get someone here. I explained this was a toilet that was not operational now for 5 days and I had children. They just told me I needed to wait for a call back from a supervisor, but that they would need to reschedule someone again for which I would need to wait days again to have no toilet. This was an awful experience and I highly recommend staying away from this app.

No call no show. Has to spend a half an hour on the phone to rebook. They have no idea what they're doing. I would avoid at all costs. If your get no call no showed on you're just out of luck. No consequences.

He was so wonderful!! I’m pretty sure his name is Diego. We asked him to come at 10 o’clock and he stayed until 6 PM putting together a chair and a cabinet in the bathroom that took about six hours and didn’t charge us much at all for it so we gave him a tip. He was so nice warm and funny.!!! Hire him …you will not be sorry!!!! Thanks Diego!!!!💕💕💕💕

Scam. Google partnered with them to do installs of thermostat power connectors for $99 and they refused to come out for less than $267. I would like to give them a zero.

Handy.com is just a middleman platform connecting customers with service providers—and it seems like they don’t care about either party.
The “pros” they scheduled for me canceled twice. When I called Handy, they said they'd escalate my case and prioritize me. The best they could offer was to find another pro within 48 hours. It's been over a week, and my TV is still sitting in the living room, uninstalled.
To make things worse, the customer service rep who called me was cold and indifferent. No empathy, no urgency.
Avoid Handy at all costs. This experience has completely soured an otherwise great Costco purchase.

Spoke with Jason, very easy to schedule service. Ryan came to do the installation. He did a fantastic job! Cleaned up when finished, in record time. Would highly recommend them for your next job!

I lost my income and let go of my cleaning guy who showed up anyway...I then canceled my service online and then the guy shows up...I called a person, who argued with me and told me I would be charge for cancelling my "subscription" was frustrated but atleast I felt that now I was done ...but wait!
Handy then charges my credit card in May and June for like $29 (for what, I do not know)
I have not, nor will I use them ever again. I am a senior and this is disgusting. Oh, the wait time on their customer line is like 15 mins.

The company cancelled my cleaning service 15 minutes before the start time. They "REMINDED" me 90 minutes before that I should be there, but had no issue cancelling on me and automatically rescheduling for two days later which is too late. When I reached customer service via chat, they honestly didn't care.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made and paid in advance for an appointment. Four days before the appointment, Handy sent an email canceling the appointment. When I called to find out why and reschedule, they quoted a new price that was more than twice what I had agreed to and paid. Now 2 weeks later, I still haven't received a refund for the money I paid for the initial appointment they canceled. I've spent hours on the phone with them with no resolution and no refund. Total scam.
