Finally someone who understands that I need to brand my company rather than the brokerage or platform

I was hesitant to sign up for the program, but once I did, I was impressed by the University training they offer.
The trainer and House Jet CEO, Mike Oddo, take us step by step through the program, making it easy to follow. They also have a House Jet app, which is very helpful.

Overall, the website is easy to navigate and user friendly.
One thing I observed and really loved was the fact that it can look up homes and property in your location with your location turned on.
I checked out the blog section and the articles contained in it are sound and comprehensive.
The company appears to be customer-centric which is a beautiful detail every really estate organization should have.
If they are good in delivering exactly what’s promised or even over delivering on what’s promised, the experience should be an excellent one because everything about the internals portrays attention to important details.
But one thing I discovered is that there are no real life testimonials from real people in real live locations.
If this can be worked on, the experience would be a generally beautiful one.

Weekly Update – Refund Request Still Unresolved

This week, I received a direct call from Danny Ross, a licensed Realtor in Chicago, Illinois, who was preparing to schedule an appointment with House Jet.

Before moving forward, he reviewed my posts—and the posts of other agents—regarding House Jet’s lead system.

Based on what he read, he chose not to interview with House Jet.

Instead, he reached out to me directly asking one simple question Realtors are asking everywhere right now:

“Where can I find real, verifiable buyer and seller leads that actually convert?”

This matters.

It confirms what I’ve been saying all along:
• Realtors are actively searching for legitimate lead solutions
• They are doing their homework
• And they are walking away from House Jet after reviewing real agent experiences

I did not leave House Jet because I lack follow-up skills, training, or experience.
I’ve been in this business since 2006.

I left because the core product promised—real, vetted buyer and seller leads—was not delivered.

While House Jet continues to point to dashboards, “universities,” and internal metrics, Realtors are voting with their feet—and their wallets.

The irony?
Agents are now reaching out to me for direction.

And yes—I’ve already pointed multiple agents to a better-performing lead option that is producing verifiable results, without long-term contracts, gimmicks, or excuses.

House Jet, my refund request remains unresolved.

Each week that passes without resolution, more Realtors see these posts, do their research, and decide not to do business with you.

I am still requesting:
• A full refund
• A clean separation
• No further deflection or delay tactics

This update is for transparency—nothing more.

I will continue documenting this process weekly until it is resolved.

I can't wait until my contract runs out! Bogus leads on the same par and quality as Zillow. Leads generated through facebook advertising, the same ads I could run on my own for a lot less. In 10 months with them, not a single valid lead.

I like the experience the site is easy to navigate the listing were clear and everything felt well organized it made browsers for a home less stressful, overall good experience so far

i recently used the House Jet search portal to look through property listings. i found the search filters very helpfull for narrowing down exactly what i was looking for. The listings were detailed, and the website was easy to navigate without any lag.
i especially like how the photos loaded so quickly , the map and filters were all easy to navigate. indeed it was a smooth experience and a great tools for anyone looking for real estate listings

To be honest I was curious at first and I reached out to them via a FB post. I set up a time and the guy I was talking to was very professional. He asked me some qualifying questions and I asked some qualifyin g questions. Then we got down to brass tacks. He told me they had 3 plans. 20, 25 and 30% referral fee's.

I didn't think those were terrible as I have worked as a relocation Realtor and those can be really oppressive. I asked if there was a set up fee and was told it was $2995.00. I siad you meant $29.95 not $2995.00. He said $2995.00.

At that point I was a bit shocked and siad if you are taking a minimum of 20% of my commish why on earth would I want to give you almost 3K? He said thats what it takes to get me set up. Needless to say I took a pass on it.

The service may work for some, but I don't see it working for me at that price.

HouseJet is straightforward to use. I was able to search different locations without confusion, and the layout is clean. The first filters are okay and help reduce the listings to what you're looking for. It's a decent platform for browsing homes and getting an idea of what's available

House Jet actually has an upfront fee that they don't mention in the adds they run. All that is mentioned in the adds is agents pay a referral fee at closing. House Jet will want just over $3500 to get started and then later will pay it back to you. So not really a pay at close partner.

As someone who constantly searches for properties and investment opportunities, I had a really good experience using HouseJet. The website is easy to navigate and well planned. The search bar is super useful, making it easy to find the right listings, and the map feature clearly shows each property’s location. Overall, I think this platform has everything you need when it comes to real estate. If you’re looking to buy property in North America, HouseJet can definitely save you a lot of headaches.

I had a great time using the site.

RUN! Here is their refund policy, which I did not close a deal from the crap leads. I complied and gave them my sales for the year to verify. They said no refund because I didn't complete their surveys or "university" which is comical. Here is the bottom of my contract. It doesn't state I need to complete the university and surveys to get a refund. Im out $3100+.

Refund Policy
We offer the following conditional refund policies:
• 12-month refund: If, after 12 months on the system, you have not closed a
transaction with us, you may request your initial fee to be refunded.
This is conditional upon the following:
• You provide a complete list, direct from your MLS and signed off on by your
broker, of your closed transactions during your time with us.
• If the above conditions are not met or if you initiate a credit card dispute, we will be
under no obligation to refund any monies to you.

So far, so great! I’ve struggled with other lead gens, and I feel really great about HouseJet! I wish I’d found them sooner. The training is clear and concise. The program is designed to make us successful. I’m excited to get started!

BEWARE! They will STEAL your money and hold you hostage. MISLEADING ADS!! I signed up with this lead gen company and a few days after I found out they don not "sell" one zip code per agent because they actually pull a radius which will of course overlap with the other zip codes they "sell" to other agents. This was a surprise to me because I specifically wanted leads in two main zip codes in which I work. This is VERY misleading. I did share during the sales call that I would not be happy with majority buyer leads and that sellers were 100% my focus. They said they understood and I was under the impression they would be able to make that a focus. Additionally, the sales agent manager said he would "give me" another zip code for "free" as if he didn't know there was a radius being pulled from the zip code I was already interested in. It is 100% misleading. After I went through marketing to set things up, I quickly realized this service does not align with my business. I asked if they can at the very least run ads at a 50/50 split between buyer seller ads and the response I recieved was "NO, WE CAN'T DO THAT". This was never conveyed during the sales call prior to signing up. I requested a refund because I had just barely signed up and I pointed out there was misleading information and clearly a misunderstanding of this actually being a service that would support my business. They have refused to provide me a refund depsite my many attempts to cancel the contract. Most companies would honor a recision if a client was not happy or felt mislead. I have expressed my concern with managment repeatedly and they still refuse and are trying to hold me hostage to a contract that I do not want to be in. I even told them I do not trust them after experiencing this and still they do not refund me and hold me hostage in a contract. Every Agent should BEWARE!!!! They are very misleading and cannot be trusted.

To the bogus response from HouseJet: YOU ARE SCAMMING ME out of my money. At no time did you EVER clearly share that you can’t split up ads between sellers/buyers at a 50/50 split.I didn’t even read through the full agreement and I was hastily signing up. I told you on the call I would NOT be happy if this was going to be majority buyer leads. Why would your sales manager say “I’ll give you another zip code for free” knowing it’s a radius and it would pull that zip code anyways? lol that’s a ploy and terrible lie. Giving me another free “zip code” isn’t actually free when you are pulling a radius which will clearly overlap from all the other zip codes you claim to be “selling”. You are stealing my money. The entirety of this service is misleading and untruthful. I want my MONEY BACK.
