nel mio caso ritengo sia una truffa informatica. ho cercato su google il numero verde di Temu, ho chiesto quello che volevo mi hanno risposto che per parlare subito con n operatore di Temu dovevo pagare € 1 rimborsabile, invece ho pagato prima ed € 39 automaticamente a Howly con cui non sapevo di parlare e senza ave avuto modo di vedere (e tantomeno approvare) delle condizioni contrattuali, al momento no mi hanno restituito nè € 1 che € 39.

Das ist unglaublich, was man in der schönen neuen Welt erlebt. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Empfang von Liveübertragungen bei DAZN. Daraufhin suchte ich den Support von DAZN und landete ohne es zu merken bei Howly. Sollte dann meine Kreditkarte eingeben und mir würde ein symbolischer Euro abgebucht, den ich dann wieder zurück bekommen sollte. Es ist mir klar, dass ich das komisch hätte finden müssen, aber es war 21 Uhr und ich wollte Champions League schauen. Das Ende vom Lied war, dass mich ein Typ 30 Minuten vollgetextet hat und ich trotzdem nichts sehen konnte. Nächsten Tag bemerkte ich Abbuchung von 1 und 39 Euro von Howly. Ich gegoogelt und reagiert. Ich schrieb, dass dieses Vorgehen Betrug ist und ich eine Strafanzeige stellen werde, wenn das Geld nicht binnen zweier Tage zurück gebucht ist. Geld ist heute eingegangen und ich kann Übrigens immer noch nichts live schauen, weil DAZN sich nach zwei Tagen noch nicht gemeldet hat. Wahnsinn.

I ended up on this site without knowing what it was and without ever asking or looking for it. I was looking for a solution regarding an order on the SHEIN website, which after several attempts sent me to a page where I was asked for ONE EURO (refundable according to them) to be helped by an expert (NOT A CHATBOT, A REAL PERSON). Forced to compromise and pay that euro, having no other option if I wanted to receive the Shein package, I agreed. I found myself chatting with the artificial intelligence that insisted on calling itself a real expert, not a bot, and within a minute I received a notification from my bank: THIRTY-NINE EUROS DEDUCTIBLE FROM ACCOUNT. Without any request and therefore no consent from me. Then... pay for what? I have ChatGPT for free on my phone, and these scams are punishable by law even if you're based in Cyprus. I'M WRITING HERE BECAUSE I CAN'T CONTACT ANYONE REALLY, AND I DON'T TRUST A CHATBOT THAT TELL ME THEY'VE SENT ME A REFUND. Should I ask God directly how to talk to a howly human?
HOWLYSHIT.
If someone can send me an email where I can ask for help from a real expert, now that I've had a month's subscription to this nonsense.

Enter the How;y website at your peril! My experience is as follows: I inquired about one UK tel nbr (john Lewis). I was charged £1 by PayPay/Howly which I thought was reasonable. Fortunately i checked my bank account and found Howly had also chsrged me £24 had set up a direct debit for £24 per month (repeat: per month!). I managed to cancel the direct debit and requested they refund me £24. Howly refunded me the £1 only. PayPal weren't interested my claim and upheld the payment so Howly refused the refund. My bank (Lloyd's) also not interested.
Naturally I will never use PayPal nor How;y again and Lloyd's is my list to change banks immediately they close our local branch.
I'm angry with myself for being so easily duped by scam artists Howly but take it as a lesson learned. Thankfully I only got scammed for £24 and was quick enough to cancel the direct debit which they set up without my knowledge. I understand Howly is based in Cyprus so out of reach for me to knock on their door.
You've been warned.

Salve. Ieri ho trovato su google guesti qua , che ti aiutano a risolvere i problemi su Amazon con un ardine mai arrivato. Ho fatto il pagamento di 1,00€ che ho pagato con la mia carta e alla fine sono stata più di mezz'ora a scrivere a spiegare a "Perdere tempo "con inteligența artificiale, non penso proprio che era un essere umano. Ma senza risolvere "Nulla"!!!! Poi "IERI" sera e anche "Ora" stanno facendo tentativi di prelevare i soldi dal mio conto 39.00 euro. Ma per cosa???? Vergogna vi denuncio!!!
