Pretty much the same thing everyone else is saying!!!! they give u the run around when they mess up!!!! I ordered next day air on my last two orders which came 3 to 5 days late there responses went from talk to carrier to we are waiting on info from carrier to we dont refund shipment fees even tho they collect the fees on shipping all run around poor customer service

Jk distro has some very bad problems with shipping through USPS. Some of the orders leaving Benicia California just won't even leave or be scanned at the post office. What you will see on your tracking information screen is: Shipment received, package exceptance pending.

Now, post office claims that Jk distro has not sent the package yet. That jk distro has sent to the post office a pre shipment label only and they are still waiting for the items to ship. USPS says to contact jk distro and ask where is the shipment. So I call JK Distro and ask all those questions only to be told no, We don't have it! We sent it out on a "pallet" and that it is not JK Distro's problem anymore, contact the post office.

So, JK Distro says it is the post office at Benicia California and the post office says it's JK Distro.
The salutation unfortunately is you can't buy anything from JK Distro unless you pay for insurance for shipping. I have lost about $200.00 on 2 orders now.

BUY SHIPPING INSURANCE OR GET BURNED!

What could JK Distro do better to fix this? Be honest with your customers. Don't hang up on your customers when they are trying to find a salutation to a lost shipment. Provide a safe shipping experience for your customers. Loosing THCA flower on the street is simply not ok for obvious reasons.

I buy gold and silver online and have never lost a shipment once.

It was good, worth the money spent, very very very very outstanding and very very nice and I am happy with the results

The Humboldt smalls were more micro like and had some bare stems, but smoked nice and had some ⛽️ to it. The Divine Canal candy has some seeds but still smoked decent.
Pairs well with chili fritos, kippers and ice cream.

Always super fast shipping. Never an issue with quality. I usually get a HP of shake. Better for decarb and baking cookies or brownies. I love JKDistro.

Look, I don't typically do reviews often, but I have to let yall know that this place is absolutely amazing. Like in all seriousness. Well It's still no progress with JK giving me back my refund for my late package. Now it's a bunch of run arounds. One minute it's the carrier that needs to give the money back and now that I have done my part and reach out to the carrier to address this situation now JK is telling me how they aren't responsible for late packages. I haven't gotten my money back and my package was delivered late to me since January 20th and I ordered it January 14th. I was told a refund was sent back to me but when I ask how was it sent back if it was sent back to me in a check because no account information was asked and of course no answer or no response. It's completely okay honestly because I got time and as long as JK still has my $42.12 for Next Day Air and my package wasn't delivered the next day then I will continue saying something until these reviews reach the right eyes. This company is so unprofessional and trust me my money hasn't been spent back since then and it never will.

For the representatives that keeps responding back to my reviews with complete nonsense why don't you actually get on the computer and send me back my refund because nothing was sent to me. To the last response I have sent back all the information that was asked of me to send. Check y'all emails. Don't y'all communicate within each other so you shouldn't have to ask me if I sent the email because I did and nothing was sent to me .

This is a follow up to my post from 2/1/26. As I had gotten a little but disinformation and rudeness from the chat rep today I tried to call. They rarely if ever pick up the phone and their voice mailbox is full. It’s difficult to imagine a clearer indication that they couldn’t care less about customer service than to not check the mailbox on their customer service line. Finally, after an hour and a half I got a rep on the phone. It turned out to be the same one I chatted with who had sent me incorrect information about filing a claim with Route, their insurance company. She was somewhat aggressive from the outset turning to down right rude and then disconnecting the call. My package is now 17 days out from order date, and five days out from the expected arrival date originally sent me, with no further information about when to expect it. They take no responsibility for sending incorrect information about the claim process and in fact today sent the same misinformation again. It’s hard to believe but this company’s customer service is worse than any experience I’ve ever had with a cable company or a phone company. It seems like they sit around testing their product while brainstorming ways to be rude to customers and not provide customer service.

I know for a fact they don't rip you off! Some shipments can be delayed regardless remember to check your delivery options

As far as the quality i ordered Grandflora premium box ounce the flavor was sweat and potent I took 4 hits of my blunt and put it down.

This place has legit replaced all dispos and online thca dispos. I've placed about 4 orders all shipped & arrived within 3 days to NY at that. Except this last one arrived on the expected date bc of the storm. The quality of the products I've had so far is beyond impressive, I leave a review every order bc I'm never disappointed.
