DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LUXROSY
I ordered 2 bras. One of them the zipper was broken when I received it neither 1 would support anything. I emailed the very next day which was 10/4 and received no response. I sent the pictures in again asking how I return these items items and still no response. 20 days later I received an email let me know that it's too late to receive any refund but but I can have a 40% discount on my next order which will be when h*** freezes over.

I ordered two bras from Luxrosy. They both zipped up in the front. But when you zipped them up the zipper ran off the track. I wrote to Luxrosy.com and I took pictures and send them as they asked to send to Customer service. They said they were going to send me the information to return the bras but didn't do it. Do not order anything from this company. They have no integrity and they doesn't care about sending their customers damaged items as long as they have their money. Bad business. They have ignored my emails. I sent them the pictures twice of the damage bras and emails on 10/05/2022 and 10/06/2022

I wish I could give negative stars. I received the worst excuse for a blouse with no return or packing information. When I tried to contact them, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I’m out 39 dollars. What a waste. Don’t buy from them! Ever!

Would award no stars if possible! I ordered two items-a pair of jeans and a 1 piece black Jersey jumpsuit. When they arrived the 1 piece jumpsuit was in fact a 2 piece top and joggers?? Not at all as described and resembled pyjamas more than an outfit. The jeans were also about 2 inches too short. After contacting luvrosy to request a returns address they initially offered my 5 euros discount?? I refused and persevered in gaining a return address and instructions. I sent photos of the problem with the items as requested and also photographed the returns paperwork - this cost me £18 to return as special delivery to China. I tracked the package for months!! It was finally cleared from customs and delivered to the address but they've refused receipt to avoid reimbursing and returned the parcel back to myself again!! Absolutely ridiculous and shocking customer service. I'm now down the cost of the clothing and postage despite doing absolutely everything requested by the company. So disappointed.

Do not buy anything from these people they are frauds! They agreed to return items and after spending $35 postage they never collected from post office or returned messages. Clothing will fall apart. Massive warning to not buy from them!!!

Luvrosy = SCAM The merchandise is worthless trash. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like pictures in their ads. The company is impossible to track down when you want to request a refund. If you do get a return email (which does not have a reply back option) from someone and they give you an address to return item (to foreign address). DONT because then you're out a lot of money for postage for return and they NEVER give you a refund! I wouldn't even rate them 1 star if that was an option.

I ordered 2 sweat suits from luvcharming.com, they were horrible see through cheap material. I spend about 78$ on both pairs... I immediately asked for a return, as they provided this ridiculous address that even my usps office took 30 minutes to type out. It was 69$ to return to this ridiculous address when originally it was shipped out from Jamaica, Queens near me. I don’t know what scam they are doing, I refuse to keep anything from this scam company. Although if I do not get refunded after loosing out and wasting return fees I will be taking it up with my bank!

I also ordered from them. Long story short read any review of them and that’s what I experienced. They were terrible. Have never used their meager coupon and never will. PLEASE Don’t order anything from them

Absolute scam! They operate under various names I purchased from shophieshion.com item not as described returned item and did not received the refund and had to pay postage to China £12. Avoid at any cost

I bought 4 items. they arrived damaged and dirty and they would not take them back or give me a refund. I went through my credit card company and the only resolve I could get was to send the 4 items back. I sent them on 6.30.20. Today 11.2.20- they boomeranged them back to me and never issued the credit.

Buying from them was such a horrible experience and has cost me a lot of money. Took several months to receive the items and when I did several were damaged and all of them were poor quality. See through dresses, the stitching of items were twisted the jean bibs had fake buttons that you couldn’t even undo to put them on. I filed a claim and they were only willing to credit me $5 to fix the items MYSELF!! I said no!! Then I ended up paying $69 to return these items to try and receive $102.97 refund. Horrible service and experience

I'd ordered 4 items and only received 3, and the delivery time was significantly longer than what they'd advertised. When I reached out to them about the 4th item, all they said was that they could not do anything if I could not prove that I didn't have that item. What a disappointment!

Seriously I’m 5’5 and the rompers they sent me look nothing like the picture and give me a camel toe. Whoever makes these clothes needs a lesson on sizing. These are not the clothes advertised on the website. I am fighting it with my bank now. PayPal was useless in helping me too. They acted as a mediator but did none of their own investigating. Ping Zang, enough is enough! It’s time to retire your company. Amen.

I hate this stupid company! First of all, don't think that the picture shows the actual item you'll receive - what you get will be made of a cheaper fabric, ill fitting, and sometimes altogether different. If you happen to request a return for anything you have to pay exorbitant fees to ship to China and even then you get credit that goes toward a future purchase to buy more clothes that aren't what you want all over again. And the process to even start a return is so frustrating! You have to take pictures of the items and the parcel identification numbers because apparently giving your order number means nothing to this company and you have to do all the work to tell them what you ordered. I also had one item that never came and I wasn't even refunded for that item. Plus half the email correspondence were misunderstood because the people running the customer service don't speak simple English. There are literally 0 good things associated with this terrible company.

File a claim thru your credit card company or bank (if you used a debit card) and if it is declined, refile it.

Terrible experience, they are a scam, do not buy clothing from here! They advertize very cute clothes and then what I received barely resembled what was advertized. They were a different material and had a raincoat type feel and not cut the way the pictures on the websites showed. It took so long to arrive and there was no way to track my order. They never sent a receipt to my email. When I inquired about returning my items, I was told I would have to pay for shipping to their warehouse in China! Not worth it. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I wish I read reviews prior from purchasing from them. I only received my items after I disputed never receiving them. I had waited over a month from when I was supposed to receive them. The items are definitely low quality. I don't entirely dislike them but the fabric is cheap. I didn't receive one of my items and I am now in dispute with them. They don't want to acknowledge that they never sent that item or provide a refund for it. Don't buy from them!

If I could give less than one star I would:
- Requested cancellation and a refund refund before they sent the items- they ignored.
-Customer service averaged 2 weeks to get back to you.
- After 3 months I’m still missing 3 of 15 items.
- Every item sent to me was such low quality it was clearly a replica.
- Had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my money back and won but had to pay $78 to ship my items back to China

I bought a dress from them because the picture they stole from other online stores was really appealing. The the dress arrived I was at awe. I asked myself how can people be so cruel? Rob people their money that they earned through hard working. I then made a vow that if they refused to refund me I am going to fight them with everything I have. Its not about the money but integrity. People let's work together and expose this people from China. They used an American address to lure you then you realize after they took your money that they are in China. I want to star a face book page where we can post nothing but luvrose since its not even a legit company. When I emailed them pictures of the dress they sent to me they have the audacity to tell me that they will only refund $3 when I paid $49.99 + shipping cost. No respect for other nations at all.

Just read the reviews from other customers, I wish I had. I finally received my items 3 months after ordering and only after I disputed the charges. Cheap material and not as pictured.
