Horrendous service with rubbish customer service

I have ordered an item on the 17th of November and today 29th November 2025 have not yet received the item nor receive an update . I have contacted customer service and I only have received the same generic email . I will never use this company again and ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO USE THEM FOR ONLINE SHOPPING. I think may be their goods are shipped straight from China or wherever the goods are manufactured.

Nobody’s fault but me

Nobody’s fault but me. I was so dumb when I order a pair of boots from this site. What I received totally different than what they advertised on the website, I am size 10 and they send my a size 12. Is no number to call I sent two emails already but no response. Please learn from me and don’t order anything from this site. Poor quality, totally unacceptable customer service

Do not do business with Manusual

Initially had no communication about the order for two weeks. When I reached out and asked them to cancel the order, they responded that they were preparing the order for shipping. I again requested to cancel the order, they responded it was shipped. So I waited for it to arrive. Order was on 9/6/25, received 9/29/25. Boot were nothing like the photos on the website. Poorly constructed, fake leather, thin sole, one row of stitching. Very poor quality. I sent an email to their support email which is the only way to communicate with the pm asking to initiate a return. Also made a complaint through the shop app. We’ll see if I get a response. Do not do business with this Chinese company!

Overall, okay experience

I ordered a pair of nice looking leather boots from this website, not real leather but looks it, that took about 2 weeks to get to me. I ordered a size to big and contacted support to return or exchange for correct size. It took 3 days and 2 separate emails before I was contacted back but the company is sending me my correct size free of charge.

Never Again...

Atractive boot prices caught my eye, and Aug. 28th, I purchased a pair....without checking this "store" first. Several days later, I Googled the store looking for reviews; mostly negative, for good reasons. The first week went by and l hadn't received a shipping notice so l emailed them. the reply; "we have many orders". Long story short; l received my boot order Sept. 20th, in a bubble wrapped bag...no box, no advance notice. The boots were/are a crumpled mess of squished toes and creases as there was nothing inside each boot to protect their shapes during shipping. Moreover, these boots are cheaply made; leather ?...doubtful, plastic linings, they appear to be $50 boots sold on Eb*y.

Site Looked Legit ...

Ordered $115US handsome looking ankle boots Sept 1 from a company I didn't even realize was out of the country. (Not a problem usually, but time was short with this order.)
I received laughably fake, toxic smelling o&g byproduct plastic boots about two weeks later. (So, yeah, shipping wasn't too bad ...)
I also purchased the Seel resolution protection - their (likely, the same fake "company" as the "manufacturer") resolution is about as laughable as the boots!
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

My original post was back in March, 2025. To those of you who believe you lost your money, contact your credit card company or PayPal. PayPal did some investigating for me and gave me a full refund. It’s worth a shot.

Total garbage

I ordered a pair of boots and let me tell ya when they showed up IN a plastic bag! I knew they were junk! I immediately sent in a refund request, they offered my 20% refund. After many emails I knew they were a scam. I posted a review that was not flattering, they came back and said IF I would redact it they would send me a full refund. I did and then I start getting emails about it can take up to 6 months for the refund! Total waste of time and money!

SCAM

🚫 BUYER BEWARE – My Experience with Manusual 🚫

Opened the package took one look and immediately requested a return for a refund
Their policy says they will send return instructions within 24 hours
It has been 3 days I have had to follow up twice and still no address

❌ No phone number to call
❌ No place on their site to leave a review (probably on purpose)
❌ Tried to push me into a different product or store credit I do not want

I followed their return policy exactly and they just do not honor it
I will never order from them again

I am so disappointed and upset with this company and have reached out to the MOFCOM (Ministry of Commerce) about this company and they are looking into them as we speak. I ordered boots for my husband's birthday and first I realized they were the wrong size so I sent countless emails and submissions about the size asking them to change it before shipping never heard back but I realized they're probably trying to wait for the 24-hour refund policy to be over but I did ask for the refund within 24 hours so it won't apply I have reached out to the consulate about this company they are definitely scamming you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! STILL NO REFUND AND STILL NO MESSAGE BACK. I was really considering ordering more when I saw the products on your site, however the customer service is deplorable. My order number is MU9984, but I'm sure I won't get a response. The consulate said they will look into the company.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Dress I ordered took forever to come, material couldn’t be cheaper or flimsier. What they quoted me for shipping to return it was more than it was worth. No tags on it or care instructions. A piece of garbage and a hard lesson learned. Never again

This is a total scam. The description said the dress was cotton/linen blend. It is 100% synthetic. NO tags, no washing instructions, cheap cheap cheap. They make returning difficult and expensive to ship with tracking to Asia.

I asked a return or exchange and I received a very brief response. I have tried sending several message as they have not replied after and zero response.
