Good Technician

So far, when I called Customer Service I was lucky enough that they sent me a technician, Miguel Morales, that highly professional, knowledgably, respectful and also went straight to the problems after asking me a few questions. Mr. Morales, explained to me the situation, and fixed it without wasting my time or his. He also advised me that the system was one of the best and to not hesitate to call Customer Service when facing any water problems. For me this company and some of its technician have always come thru. I would recommend Mr. Morales to anyone under contract with Leaf Home Water Solutions for his professionalism and knowledge and no-nonsense approach to the situation on hand. Hector E.

My review about unstable Google services

Hi, guys.
I’ve been using Google services for many years, but lately serious stability issues have started to appear. Sometimes the app just logs me out, and then for a while I can’t log back into my account at all. Occasionally, access returns only after several days... Disgusting.

From such a huge, influential, and technologically advanced company like Google, I would expect much better optimization for weak or unstable internet connections. Not everyone has a perfect connection 24/7, and services of this scale should be designed to handle such situations. Basic availability, the ability to log in with a weak signal, or at the very least stable session retention should be the standard.

Google has tremendous technical capabilities, so I hope they take these issues into account and improve the performance of their services, especially for users with unstable internet connections. In its current state, using them can be frustrating, even though Google’s services are supposed to make life easier, not more complicated.

The NHS app is on Google Play Store so under the
Heading app will accept 1 Sim card details only it may go they like page as this ensure another person uses the NHS app but is also a dislike as the genuine
Person does not use they accepted sim any longer through no fault of there own it's lost.

So this brings me the next point ee the mobile phone company really play a part in this even if do not believe they do they do Sales that's it of phones and Tablet sim Cards.
But really should equally deal with ee lost items phone tablet and Sim cards.
Many items plastic cards if read properly will state if found please return any found cards back to they bank or a Council well believe a person who lost would be contacted.

And really phones and Sim cards should be no different and really the owner should be contacted by ee.
As many owner may go to the public library to look through emails or should at least have the option to return to ee if no landline is available for owner.

Yes could add this too like they deal with insurance

I can't sign in my google account

I can't sign in my google account. I wrote my password correctly, I wrote verification codes correct. Google need verify your email adress, but I can't sign in to mail email address because it is address from this google account. When I want to move forward, it doesn't give you any other verification options (even though Google has my phone number for verification). Lesson learned: don't use two-step verification. A hacker is more likely to get into your account than you are.

If something happens to your email and…

If something happens to your email and you lose your phone number, and the recovery email option is selected, why not use it while the system remains stuck and sends the code to the lost phone number or Google Authentication app?

It's unbelievable, right? So for that, I'm out and giving you this bad rating.

Google is a bad joke now

Google is a bad joke now. Decrepit, unusable trash that many people are still stuck giving money to. There are zero competent support teams and arbitrary actions against businesses and people. They will unverify your business repeatedly without any rationale and refuse to accept verification even when you do everything correctly. If you can avoid using Google ever you'll be better off.

Google Suspended My Business Profile Unfairly – Deeply Disappointed by Their Flawed Policies


I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with Google’s handling of my Business Profile suspension. I’ve been living and running my business in Geneva, Switzerland, yet Google has suspended my Google My Business (GMB) account citing a “geographic discrepancy.”

Here’s the irony: I live in Switzerland, my business is based here, and I even run Google Ads using a Swiss credit card. But despite all that, Google decided to suspend my account because, according to them, the “profile manager is located in Pakistan,” while the business location is in the US. That’s not even accurate — my business is NOT based in the US, and I manage everything from Geneva.

They sent a robotic response that shows zero understanding of real-world international business operations. In today's digital era, it’s normal for businesses and managers to work remotely or travel. But Google is still stuck in some outdated model where they expect every profile manager to physically sit in the same location as the business address.

Their response reads:

“A key requirement is that both the profile managers/co-owners and the business location must be in the same geographical region to maintain profile integrity.”

What kind of flawed logic is this? So if you move countries, you’re expected to either close your business or change your entire online identity? This policy is not just unreasonable — it’s damaging to small businesses trying to stay visible online.

Despite explaining my situation, showing that I live in Switzerland, and even providing proof through ad spend and billing info, they’ve refused to reinstate the profile. No proper escalation. No human logic. Just a generic rejection.

Google’s policies are inflexible, poorly implemented, and frankly, hostile to global businesses. Their support is slow, impersonal, and offers no real path for resolution. I expected much better from a company that claims to support small businesses.

Google needs to seriously revisit its GMB policies and offer proper, human-based support — especially for legitimate business owners who rely on their platform to survive.

Now, I am heading towards a lawsuit against Zurich branch of Google, no matter how much amount of money I have to put, I don’t care and I worked so hard to build my profile and in the end they showed zero support.
