I worked with this company for about 4 months and my company never reached the 1st paged of google. I also allowed them to create a new website because they state they were not able to use UENI program. Can I say they was a huge mistake
Once they developed the website it was always something else which costed more money. Once moving to the private server they charged me $100 to setup 5 email accounts. After paying them off, I could have created those emails myself for free.
Please do your research. I explained how I was a new business and they still hustle me. This worst the worst customer experience and I have learned my lesson.

I've asked this company 8 times to put me on their do not call list over the past 5 weeks. Lo and behold today a confused person with a thick accent called again today. Assuming they scraped my information from Yelp because they are always mentioning it in the calls. I would not trust a business with this type of marketing.

I trusted My AIO with manager access to my Google Business Profile to help market my business. Instead, Lucas, who was handling our account, changed my business address without my consent to a location two hours away from where my business actually operates.

This unauthorized change completely disrupted my listing and caused my business to lose visibility, resulting in no customer traffic for nearly two weeks. This was extremely damaging and stressful as a small business owner.

I have since revoked their access, but no reputable marketing company should ever make such a major change without written approval from the business owner.

I strongly caution other business owners: do not share access to your Google accounts with this company. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will be seeking legal advice regarding the impact this caused.

I'm a sole proprietor with a start-up so I listened to "Kevin Reed from Yelp" describe this company's services. He outright told me that he's from Yelp and when I asked again for clarity, because literally nothing he was discussing had anything to do with Yelp (except his telling me that I can cancel my Yelp ad because his company will manage advertising on all of the platforms...but WAIT! I thought you work for Yelp, Kevin! Why would I cancel my ad and let your company -- supposedly Yelp -- manage my ad?), he confirmed AGAIN that he works for Yelp. He sent me an email message while I was talking with him, and the domain is @myaio -- decidedly NOT Yelp. During that call, I headed here to see reviews, and lo and behold! So many people reporting having felt scammed by My AIO. I hung up and blocked "Kevin's" number. Within about a minute, there was another incoming call from a hidden number. Clearly "Kevin" was trying to evade my blockade of his number. Yikes. I recommend avoiding this company!

This is a scam. These people will promise a lot and will be lying to your face. They have no idea what they are doing. They only work with the Google profile, are not able to go national, they are not interested in getting to know your business. They are disrespectful and will laugh at your face of your concerns. I have been working with them for 4 months now, and they keep promising they said I will get results in 3 months and then because I wasn't happy and upon my request they switch manager and got me the supervisor. I am not sure who is worse. They will say the first few days of a month you wont see any activity, that shouldn't be true if the service hasn't stopped in 4 months. They only put some effort towards the end of the month so that you see some clicks in your google profile and you don't complain. I have to work my website SEO myself because they wouldn't touch it, I have gotten with social media, yelp ads and Google ads more track than what they have done with Google profile in 4 months. Don't waste your money on this. I worked with Andy Robert and with Jerry Nelson they will just give you excuses on why they cannot do anything with your profile unless you get a 100 reviews in your account. Also, I know they are from India, and I am not sure where they are located because my website and google account suddenly have some track and is not even coming from the US, they might be asking for people to access the website but when you see the real data prom the website that they have no idea I can see, all those click are not from the area.

100% scam company!!! Stay away from them

definitely a communication problem and false promises' to get me on google within a couple days, i had just came back from vacation and money was tight but i needed to get my business more exposer online so i reached out and before i knew it they took what i had in my bank account and then proceeded to continue to give me a song and dance every time i called and then after a few weeks of this i told them i want my money back a they again gave me a song and dance and then gave me nothing and ran off with my money, so enter at your own risk

They outsource their marketing to a call center, I think in India. That calls multiple times in a day. Every single day. I've reported them to the FTC multiple times. They still call. They get your number of yelp, for me. And try to sell me some marketing advice. Or something. If you ask the call center are you trying to sell me something? They try to avoid answering you, but they're selling whatever service myaio is trying to sell.

The only way to get them to stop calling is not answer, then they call less, but they never fully stop calling.

Received total of 4 phone calls, 2 of them were to sell me things. Other one was to tell me if I was available sometime next week for a call to set up a plan. Only seo they did was recommended me to add my socials on my google page.

Scam! Told me they were from Yelp first and then went ahead and claim they can cover all platforms. Trying to charge you $285 as a monthly package for ads. Do not listen to them.

I would not recommend using this company. I was charged 285 initial fee and after 3 weeks there was nothing my company benefited from. They made extreme promises and nothing was done. Then when I went to cancel they charged my account another $285. So I paid $570 for nothing, complete waste of My money and time.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Very questionable business.

I just found My AIO on Google. I went and registered onto it. When inside the dashboard, there's nothing but checkout button (once you fill in your business details). Looks sketchy so I emailed them at their email ID mentioned on the website and even used the voice chat option, asking them to remove all my details, data and account from their server. No response yet. If that's done, I'll remove this review. I'm concerned they'll misuse it. FYI, I haven't gone ahead and signed up for any sort of package with them, because as soon as I went ahead I saw $1999 package that too nothing mentioned and explained what's included. Also, I'm assuming it's a monthly cost and not a one-time fee and "per month", "/month" wasn't mentioned anywhere. I suspect it's a scam.

Spam calls 3-4 times daily from a Pakistani call center. Always ends with a hang up. Awful place.

On May 23, 2025, My AIO took $890 from my checking account without my authorization. I never signed or agreed to this payment. I immediately contacted my bank and disputed the charge. We did a 3-way call with a My AIO representative any my bank. The funds were returned to me after the dispute was filed and the bank sided with me. Three months later, without my knowledge, my bank removed the same $890 from my account. I was told this happened because My AIO disputed the chargeback through Visa and claimed I had authorized the payment. This is not true. I have repeatedly asked My AIO to provide proof of any contract, agreement, or signed authorization, but I have not received valid documentation. This experience has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging. I only ever provided my debit card number, not my bank routing/account number. My original card was closed after the first dispute, yet the funds were still taken again months later due to the chargeback process, not a new authorization. In my opinion, My AIO acted dishonestly by taking funds without proper consent and by failing to provide adequate proof when challenged. I am filing a formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, and Arizona Attorney General's Office. If you are considering doing business with My AIO, I strongly urge you to proceed with caution. Always request written agreements before providing any payment information, and keep detailed records of all communications. This situation has been both stressful and costly, and I hope my review helps prevent others from going through the same thing.

Scam. I paid 4900 for my website and they never delivered it. They don’t reply to my messages. Careful who you trust. Good people like myself trust easy as I’d not treat people like this just for money. These people care about money, not performing a service.

I was contacted by this company offering marketing services for my business. They said i need to wait 3 months to get results yet they made paid them 285 dollars for nothing! They never finished anything and just kept calling me every day offering different services at a very high price. I asked them to cancel my services and just give my money back which they refused.
I was asked by them to do an early review for them which a regreat.
