We worked with Dean for the technical support needed and he was beyond helpful and professional, going above and beyond to get us the answers we needed to resolve our issues. They are great

They are great, I had questions about shipping and when I called I spoke with Tatiana, she was GREAT, she went out of her way to call the people that handle the shipping to get delivery information and not only text me the details, she called me direct to explain. Once I get the fireplace installed I will be able to comment on the quality. But as for the customer service (Tatiana) you can't do any better. Thanks!

The best customer service!!! Technical support - thank you, Dean! - was essential in clarifying the installation issues.
I once had an expert come to my house from a different company who didn’t catch what Dean could from looking at the photos!!! The best company to buy from! Highly recommend.

Wow, best customer experience!

Wow, best customer service I’ve experienced. When I wasn’t sure what to purchase and left items in the cart I received an email asking if I needed help. And yes, I did need help! The gentleman helped me with the items I needed for our contractor and boom, done. I’m so thankful for this kind of service, excellent experience!
