Can Not fault my experience with PC Specialist.
Have used them several times before and their service turnround has been top-notch.
They are really good at keeping you informed of order progress and shipment expectations.

You kept me informed very clearly about timing and what you were doing when. The computer arrived safely when you said it would, and matched what had been ordered. There was some sort of glitch when my computer consultant was setting the machine up but you sorted this out.

Update – February 2026
Following my original review, I contacted PC Specialist directly with a detailed formal complaint covering:
Original system component choices
Build quality
Support experience
Sponsored stream performance claims shown to customers
I received a written response from PC Specialist stating they found no evidence of misrepresentation and that my system is no longer in its original configuration.
For clarity, my system is no longer in its original configuration because it had to be fully rebuilt independently after ongoing issues and lack of resolution through their support.
Key points still not addressed:
Budget-tier motherboard paired with flagship CPU in a “premium” system
Poor cable management and internal build quality
Ongoing stability issues I had to resolve myself via BIOS tuning
Lack of transparency about upgrade limitations and BIOS control
Concerns raised about sponsored performance demonstrations and settings transparency
The original system cost approximately £2,300 (advertised ~£3,000).
Since then I have had to spend an additional ~£3,500 rebuilding the machine independently.
Nothing from the original PC Specialist build remains.
The system is now stable and performing correctly — but only after a full independent rebuild and significant additional cost.
I am placing this update publicly so that future customers have the full context when considering a purchase.
My experience remains as described in the original review.

Laptop arrived on time and was very well packaged securely. After configuring it to my requirements and having used it for several days I am extrememly happy with the way it performs

Seamless experience, very fast despatch. High quality assembly and pc and components were secured tightly for transportation.

Cable management was great, built to exact specifications.

I recently purchased a gaming PC from PC Specialist. It was a really smooth process from start to finish. The website is very easy to use and all the information is laid out for you. I ordered my PC in the evening and it was shipped out immediately in the morning. I will happily use PC Specialist again.

I would have given 5* but the day after I ordered my PC, the same PC was reduced by £100 which is a fair amount. So I contacted PC Specialist on WhatsApp to see if there's anything they could do for me as that was quite frustrating, but I was fobbed off with some bs about prices are based of current markets, which I know was a flat out lie. Other than that. Great service.

I would have given five stars but I felt that the service we received, having made numerous purchases recently, could and should have been better.

Right from my first phone call with the team the service and experience was absolutely amazing. The team were very knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements and budget and helped build me a brilliant new PC which im so happy with. I put a lot of thought into what i wanted and to get something thats perfect for me with the great customer service was more than i vould ask for.

Excellent experience again with PC Specialist. Easy and friendly support when there was an issue with delivery and always a pleasure to deal with

Pc is great, arrived next day and great communication

It's fantastic. Works perfectly, packaging was great, arrived in mint condition too. Only issue was the monitor got a blue line on it after playing on it 3 times. But I sorted it! Great PC. Will be buying from them again.

The company provided a custom built workstation with a good assembly quality and for a quite reasonable price. The final assembly is with good thermal efficiency and low noise; it includes some custom 3D printed components.
The support team is responsive and friendly.

The Windows 11 PC was correctly specified and works well. The sales support person was knowledgeable and helpful. The package arrived in good condition and the contents were well packed. The overall experience was smooth and of high quality.

PCSpecialist really is one of the best quality websites and services I’ve ever used.

I had used an old laptop with an extra monitor for over 10 years and had finally decided to make the upgrade, but I couldn’t find a prebuilt I liked, and wanted to customise the whole thing.

In my opinion, PCSpecialist had the most variety in terms of parts, and the most reasonable prices. I built my own pc as a complete beginner and it was so easy, they even prompted me multiple times at points where I might have been overcharged! It’s also the only site that offers replacement parts and an upgrade service, to me that was the winner for me, I felt so safe in my purchase!

I was consistently updated from ordering about the status of my order, including sneak peak photos and even the names of the wonderful people who put their time and effort into making my computer! This made me feel part of the process and made it so personalised!

It arrived safely and beautifully packaged with detailed instructions of how to set up.

I’ve had my pc now for 4 months, I wanted to wait a bit to give a proper review, I am so endlessly impressed with both my pc and the people who work at pc specialist! They really are good people who care about providing an honest and good quality product.

If you’re a beginner, or want to make a really sound investment, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I had a number of resale questions and spoke to several different people in support at different times. Each time I found them to be very patient and more than happy to discuss things in as much detail as I wanted. The sane was true when I had a small glitch after I purchased my PC and needed support. The support was friendly, prompt and effective. Really nice bunch of people in support

Fantastic experience from start to end! They kept me updated with the progress of my build and I was so excited that it was delivered on a Sunday morning! Perfect timing for me to set everything up ready to use it the following week for work.
