New user. They only offer B2B Intent and cold information. After you build your intent list (businesses) no direct person to contact, then you can upload contacts based on titles you want to contact. But the bad thing is if you have 15 companies and say 150 employee contacts you will need to click on Name to select all on one page not the entire list then save, one page of 50 at a time. Not the entire list. So if you have 5 pages of 50 names on each page then your saving each page one by one not the entire list at once. Don't get locked into a year on this platform. Its a time and money waster. just my opinion

$3,300 automatic withdrawal for renewal without warning. Refuses to refund.
I was sold on this product for the targeted leads offering which unfortunately did not convert for my business. I cancelled the service within the platform and because customer service could not find any confirmation of this cancellation, they automatically withdrew $3,300 from my business's checking account and refuse to reimburse. The customer service representative that more or less told me to kick rocks is Aubrey Sager. They are now ignoring any follow up that I send. Whatever you do, do not opt for the ACH payment method. Nor do I recommend this business at all.
Scam
Scam. I signed up for their free trial. They keep contacting me, and when I did not answer and signed up for their paid plan, they blocked me.
Leads are not accurate
Leads are not accurate , the intent feature is terrible, and their customer service might be the worst I have come across. I tried to cancel, but because it wasn't 60 days advance notice they are forcing us into using them another year. I feel like companies always have the ability to make exceptions, but these guys decided not to, and after this year runs up we will never be using them again.

They promise you the world but don't deliver, there support is horrible. The toll gives you only shit data, they don't help you figure this out They way it works is very cumbersome. They've a 6 month termination clause, and if you end it just a day layer they'll send lawyers.
Just skip this tool and just read all the reviews over the internet, just be happy you were smart enough to google the reviews first.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. They do not deliver on their promises, and their service is subpar at best. Even worse, this company behaved unreasonably when working with my company NGT. One of our employees who had been dismissed signed up for the service and did not cancel it before leaving, and no one had access to the account. When we contacted them to cancel, Seamless AI refused even a partial refund of our $2600 ANNUAL Payment and simply took our money, with no consideration for our situation. We are now paying for a poor service that we will not use at all for the next year. Zero sympathy and zero willingness to discuss it with us. Only go month to month if you choose to use these guys, and buyer beware!
SCAM
SCAM! I tried it for a few weeks. I haven't gotten a single lead from them. All leads bogus. They make you sign on for a year and will NEVER let you end your contract. Stay away.
Use anything but Seamless AI
Use anything but Seamless AI. I was very excited when I was sold on what it could do, and then you start using the platform... and realize the data it scrapes is trash and borderline unusable.
To complicate matters further, after being forced to pay for a broken platform for a year, we went to cancel and were told that a 90 day cancellation is required prior to renewal. THEN, they LOCK YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION so that you cannot remove it, forcing you to pay for yet ANOTHER YEAR of broken garbage.
For the love of God, avoid this application like the plague that it is (unless you like throwing money away).
Faulty data strsucture
Overall, a good concept using AI to get up-to-date contact info. The issue is in practicality, when you need to preserve your email credibility and deliverability, you can only use the emails that have been verified. After filtering through Seamless's results, you only get about 10% of validated emails from your search results. This mean you need use 100 credits to get about 10 valid email addresses. As they use up credits, even email is not validated. You ned up burning through credits way too quickly. According to this math, Apollo ends up being 10% of the cost, as Apollo only charges for valid emails. Nice concept but terribly overpriced structure and not sustainable for anyone trying to grow a business.
BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Check your contract! See at the very bottom it tells you that this will RENEW AUTOMATICALLY! Doesn't matter if the person signing up for this is no longer here, doesn't matter if you have never downloaded OR used their software. When they couldn't get ahold of the previous signer, why we were sent directly to collections. I have let them know I will forward all information to our industry accounting group to let them know about this mess of a company.
Good and Bad
Data is decent. I have had success reaching out to people. The user interface is cumbersome and it takes time to get familiar with it. My biggest problem is the support model. Very slow to resolve issues. back and forth email exchanges are very time consuming and inefficient.
Can’t call customer service for any issue including incorrect billing
I’ve had two seats with them for years now. Up until recently when I first needed customer service for billing issues for the first time, I never had a problem. But several months ago there was a billing issue that has gone on for months. You can not call customer service or billing. You have to rely on emails which is ridiculous to start with. I showed, proved to them multiple times I had already paid what I owed but they kept trying to charge an account I only fund when something is due and automatically comes out for security purposes. They were rude to me and told me they had already discussed this issue with me although this particular rep obviously did not look at past conversations or past proof I sent 3x. Every day they try twice to charge my card when I’ve proved numerous times I don’t owe them. Finally they had a young lady call me. She saw I didn’t owe them after seeing the proof and after taking me through a long spiel about how their system works. She was supposed to call me back but did not. Instead they tried charging me again. Three times now I have asked when my contract is up so I can cancel. They have not responded. I emailed them that I am officially canceling my subscription. My cold callers hated this lead generator anyway bc of the way it’s set up. I am going to Limelight or one of the many competitors AI tells me they now have. This company is a nightmare to try and resolve any issue through. I would suggest staying far away from them.
Unethical, Inflexible, and Indifferent to Customers
Seamless AI may have some utility, but any company that makes customers navigate absurd, obstructive hurdles just to avoid being trapped in an automatic renewal clearly doesn’t believe in the value of its own product. It’s predatory and unethical, full stop.
I lost my father and business partner and, in the middle of that chaos, missed their arbitrary 60-day opt-out window. Now, with 25 days left before renewal, they’re demanding payment for an entire additional year. I’ve made it clear we do not need the service. They simply do not care. The level of indifference is staggering. Forcing a grieving customer to pay for something they don’t want or use is beyond shameful. It’s a billboard-sized warning that the product cannot stand on its own merit.
I will never use Seamless AI again, and this experience would make me seriously question the judgment of anyone who chooses to work for or support a company that operates this way.

Horrible experience. Force me to keep paying for the product for a year after I made it very clear I wasn’t using the product and needed to cancel. Bad, dishonest company.
Absolute garbage leads
Absolute garbage leads. My SDRs have used them for 3 months and called/emailed thousands of "leads" from Seamless.ai. We have not gotten a single decent prospect from them. My lead SDR spends more time in lead sanitation attempting to clean up these horrific leads than she does calling/emailing. It's no wonder they lock you down to an annual contract -- the last thing they want is you using the service for 2 months and cancelling once you learn how terrible the leads are. And to get out of it, you have no choice but to either threaten them legally or just cancel the credit card you're using with them.
Never give them your phone number!
Whatever you do, do NOT give these clowns your phone number. They’ll call you incessantly from bogus numbers, even though I’ve asked them multiple times to stop. Strongly recommend steering clear of Seamless.ai - there’s got to be a better option.
Complete Scam
Complete Scam. BUYER BEWARE: THIER LEAD LINKS ARE NOT VERIFIED AND CAN AND DID CAUSE A VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER. Also MANY of their email leads are fake (firstname.lastname-at-company name). I really don't like liars and scammers - nothing good will come to them for taking advantage of people. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to signing up. The sales person Paul, seemed really trustworthy. I was excited to sign up- but these guys are scammers. Whoever Carter, is who worked on my complaint, made sure to provide the worst possible customer service. I might as well have been talking to a can of paint. It's important to not that I didn't even ask for a refund, I just asked to terminate future subscription payments and they would not. I WILL NEVER USE THIER SERVICE, ITS HIGH-RISK AND INCREDIBLY, PROBABLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCES IN OVER A DECADE. And I'm the type of person that like to see the glass half full and give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

We signed up. Experimented with it a bit. But really did not have any success. We failed to read the fine print, that you have to apply to cancel the service. WE GOT STUCK WITH A WHOLE 1-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION THAT WAS CHARGED TO OUR CREIDT CARD AUTOMATICALLY.
