I've used Shipsavvy for about a month…
I've used Shipsavvy for about a month now and sent a total of 10 packages and 2 of them were lost...I'm very suspicious of this company and have stopped using them, reverting back to Chit Chats. One of the packages was never scanned by the shipping partner but Shipsavvy claimed that they sent it to the shipping partner and the shipping partner lost it. The second package was returned back to Shipsavvy, USPS label shows that it was delivered and signed for. Shipsavvy said that the person who signed for it doesn't work there. I have never had a 20% loss rate with any shipping provider before. I would never ship anything valuable with them again, their practices seem very shady.
