First Class Service
I've been a customer of Simplisafe for approx 4 years. my experience over that time has been perfect, both with equipment and staff on Helpdesk.
I had cause to ring in today as I'd lost my log in details, I spoke to a guy called Jake R. Not only did he help with my initial query but he spent approx 20 minutes checking my system and making a number of recommendations. A really helpful chap representing, in my opinion, an excellent company.

ALARM SYSTEM PROBLEM
The company was very easy to contact and speak to someone when i had a problem with my alarm system. I spoke to Bilkiss who could not have been any more helpfull and she explained how to fix the problem. Everything now back to normal. Thanks again Pete Raven.

A good company with a useful call centre
We have been with Simpllisafe for a few years now. The service has been great. We have found it easy to get through to an understanding human in the event of any technology/ account questions, including today when I called. Not on hold for long. Spoke to Max, query sorted. Could not ask for more

I rang today to order extra items to add to my system and had a couple of technical questions. Rebecca not only took my order, offering advice as we went, then informed me she'd work in technical previously, so answered the questions I had at the same time. She also checked my system to ensure everything was working as it should.

Issue quickly identified and fixed
Rebecca P quickly identified how to correct the problems I was having with my system . . . it was actually a setting I had changed without realising the consequences.
Rebecca P also did a quick health check on my system and gave some good advice on how WiFi signals could be improved.
