Five stars for Kate K. A Class Act
This is my first time experience with your company on getting airline tickets and it was a delightful experience because of Kate K. I really didn't know anything about getting airline tickets especially InterContinental airline tickets and I had health problems and she listened and helped book me on a flight that was within my price range and still safe enough for my health situation. She spent time finding me the best flights and was very courteous the whole time. It was a pleasure talking to someone that actually listened to you. I give her my highest compliment that I could give anyone.

We have used Dime Specter as our rep for now 3 trips to Greece. In previous trips he was always accommodating in assigning our seats after booking. Took us 4 times to request the seat assignments for our group. He has always done it in prior years or we would never have known to ask. We were just told to do it on our own with the carrier. This is not Top Business Class Customer service. There were other companies that wanted our group business but we stayed loyal which proved to be a mistake. Loyalty is zero with Dime

Seat assignments, especially for groups, are ultimately controlled by the airline and can require additional carrier approval or direct selection depending on the fare and the airline’s rules. That said, we agree you should not have had to chase this multiple times.
