total scam took alot of money promised to be signed with two 'agency' Eclipse models which is run by same people send you a contract and get you no work and I think that has folded and now it is Mink modeling which again is a total joke and scam, i lost alot of money here and I asked for it back within 7 days of the appointment and they just keep spinning lies, do not touch them.
The space was professional and friendly, it felt warm and was a brilliant to get all the right shot
Everyone was helpful.
However, the asked me 100 pound which I was not prepred for. I told them I need some time to think, they said if I dont pay right now, I am not welcome anymore.

It was nice to be greeted so early in the new year for 2026 , the reception was a vibrant celebration of 70s music , it was great to meet such a enthusiastic female photographer with a unique friendly relaxing persona . The management were professional and informative about there ability to capture & encourage a career in modelling , helpful to know that your welcome to come along & give a review with no extra charge , but to take into consideration there is an admin cost further any interest with an agency .
Friendly Interviews, transparent and realistic advice they came up with a respectful approach that makes aspiring model feel valued
Their evaluation was clear and encouraging. They noted that my height is acceptable but recommended improving creativity in my photos. I truly value how respectful and straightforward they were!

Before I met universal I'd gone to two studios and spent over £5k What a wast of wast of money that was universal give me a lot more for a lot less but above all I got a model contract cheers

They are scammers that claim to be a agency but instead they take your money and refuse to give you a refund that was promised. It’s been over a month and I am yet to receive my £100 back.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns:
We are a Model Academy, not an agency. We do not claim to be an agency, and we have never done so. Our academy conducts assessments for Government-regulated fashion model agencies, ensuring models are fully protected.
Our process: We interview and train new models, create their professional photos and video showreels, and provide copies to both the model and the agency. The agency then sends these to clients for potential work opportunities.
Transparency: Our website clearly states that we are not an agency, and this is explained to all models during their assessment.
Consent matters: We respect that no model should be represented if they do not wish to be. Our processes are designed with this principle in mind.
Refund offer: We have repeatedly asked you to contact us so we can process your £100 refund. Unfortunately, you have chosen not to, and instead left a negative review claiming we are a scam.
Closing note: We encourage open communication and remain happy to resolve this matter directly.
