What a terrible company they remove…

What a terrible company they remove your posts if it doesn’t suit their woke agenda . A vertinary facility failed to take care of my dog a year ago and she passed. They refused to treat her or give her medication they gave me thousands of excuses. They were busy they were other people more important. I’m not gonna go in for the detail, so I went on yelp to post a memory and say that you know beware of this facility you should see the other reviews. People are losing their animals. Here they’re not taking care of them and what did yelp do they took down my post I kept posting until eventually I hope they close my account because I was able to post everything on Google. I’ll never use yelp again.

Their customer service is abysmal

Their customer service is abysmal. I sent them an email because they mailed my package USPS and charge me 595. Well it was put in the lockbox and apparently the key doesn’t work. He’s telling me I had an option to select UPS or FedEx, which is not true so I haven’t received my package. Their customer support stinks. I can’t imagine all these reviews are so positive if I don’t get my product for non-delivery I’m gonna charge it back

I did reach out it’s not the wrong key the key does not work so I can’t get access I contacted USPS you missed my point your website doesn’t say that savoy shipping is going to be USPS had I known that I would never have ordered the product because they’re shipping to my area and Virginia is abysmal. They lose packages all the time. I can if I can’t get the product I didn’t receive it. I’m gonna charge it back and Steve W was abysmal. And yes, UPS was $24 that’s almost 50% of the cost of my total order which was $48 who would choose that when I chose savvy shipping again it doesn’t mention that this is USPS.

They sell garbage products stay far away. I ordered two arm sleeves. I paid $26 which include included 599 shipping. They were shipped in a cheap little bag that cost them $.25 regular post and the products wouldn’t even fit the arm of a baby this is a scam company. Do not buy their products. Shame on them. They should be shut down.

So I ordered a Chenille gorilla doormat to wipe your feet some clown in their warehouse saw the name gorilla mat and shipped me a bath tub mat. You can’t reach anyone intelligent by phone if your lucky you won’t be disconnected and they use email probably from India to communicate with you I did get my money back but won’t use them again clearly caboose short of a freight train and now I have to find a new mat for the front door .

Left this company after 30 years that’s all I wish to say they don’t deserve my business in the toilet so many issues I would need pages to document .here are a few
A) could not transfer money from my ira to my bank account automatically had a bug never fixed branch manager figured a work around
B) not calculating ubti correctly dealt with clowns reported to sec.
C) not calculating tax withholding correctly
D) not being able to set up voice security activation worked for three year then nothing dealt with clowns
E) bill pay no longer sent payment ach went by checks after working for years dealt with clowns

Moved to fidelity so far very happy .

I wish you could give below zero star. The company is abysmal. The customer service is nonexistent you can’t get to a rep who knows how to spell Amazon. They all are offshore in the Philippines or Brazil or China or wherever I had to change my phone number and they locked me out of my account. There was no way for me to update my account without providing them government ID like a drivers license or passport you don’t even get requested for that kind of information if you walk into a Safeway or target what is violation of privacy anyway I still have application access to my app. I can’t log into my browser. I set up a new account but I’ll probably never use it. I cancel my prime membership. This company is in the toilet Toilet.

I purchased a vacuum sealer for sous vide prep and to my surprise it works great . The price was reasonable and it arrived fully functional and works like a charm . Very happy could not beat this price anywhere

Worst customer service ever and they sell you products that are defective like my Alexa didn’t last more than 65 days they return policy is 30 days they want you to send them back the device to fix it they should just send a new one in fact they charged me to do that we will see already on the phone with my credit card talking chargeback

I have been with Amazon. Probably close to 18 years give or take . Something has gone amuck with their customer service. I contacted ring customer support because i was able to hack into my neighbors ring door bell and control it from my iPhone . I sent them all the photos got a yutz in executive customer service who didn’t listen and brushed me off . Let me preface this by saying I have 4 ring products and am very technical savvy and used to be a CIO . Be warned this company is selling security flawed devices and getting away with it . Very sad. Try to reach anyone In This company to let them know, impossible . I mean I was trying to do them a favor, complete waste of my time.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever I paid for my purchase in four installments and they still are saying I owe them money. Impossible to speak to a human company is scam stay far away. Sent a complaint to the better business bureau showing the 4 charges made on my credit card stop the scam complain to your local legislators put this fraudulent company out of business
Their response is meaningless does not address the matter at hand I paid off the loan in 4 installments at 85 dollars a pop total 340.00 they still tell me I owe them money scam scam scam report them to your legislative bodies put them out of business their support is useless no phones all done though emails people have iqs lower than a soft boiled egg

Worst company ever can’t reach anyone by phone paid for something through a merchant and can’t reach them or anyone at sizzle no phone numbers to call or to cancel the order and give me back my money after contacting sizzle 3+times and the merchant over 9 days ago they take your money good luck getting it back if you have problems with the order .so I contacted my credit card did a charge back on the money they owe me and requested stop and block all future payments might I add worst company ever no word from merchant sent numerous emails over 2 weeks and see sizzle comment this is fraud I charged back through my bank and I would think not hearing from the merchant for 2 weeks since ordering the product assumes the merchant hasn’t fulfilled the order in a timely manner stay away from sizzle

I have been a long time customer sadly the one time they sent the wrong item they made it next to impossible to contact someone in person to explain their screw up and even more difficult to return the item even though they promise free shipping stay away stay faraway .
