User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
install the Snap version of Firefox on Ubuntu
Start a Wayland session (could not reproduce this issue on Xorg)
Create a bookmark folder, add some bookmarks
Drag and drop existing bookmarks inside said folder
Actual results:
The drag and drop target is shifted upwards from the cursor
Expected results:
The drag and drop target should be right underneath the cursor

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Ouch, this seems annoying, there seems to be a miscalculation related to the top position... could be a layout thing or a bug due to how this is implemented... It will require debugging.
