Evil compagany is trying to let you find their information as hard as possible, they pretend to guide you through it but it's almost like dungeons and dragons you have to solve all the riddles. first.

I think removing the spaces was enough but if it doesn't work they had also built in this how the first zero doesn't count so you may have to remove it

Using AFAS software is HORROR
Using AFAS software for my travel expenses to and from my work. Absolute HORRIBLE software. Clunky, buggy, primitive... this is quite the opposite of automatisation.
